Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff from both Johanna Park and its sister hotel Villa Giovanna. Beautiful location, with a pool and a sun deck. Solid breakfast options. The shuttle bus into town goes only a few times a day but staff are flexible. See if you can get a room with a balcony, it's very nice.

Ambiente natural. Habitaciones cómodas.

Cons:

El desayuno muy malo. Café frío. Chocolate frío. Tartas feas.
Muy torpes. A los gritos, golpean la vajilla. Todos los días, el desayuno fue asi.

Pros:

Die Lage oberhalb von Sorrent war toll. Es ständig der Hotel-Shuttele-Bus ins Zentrum , was sehr praktisch war. Wie sind oft in die Stadt gelaufen und abends hoch ins Hotel gefahren.

Es gab nichts zu meckern.

We would definitely return
Pros:

Quiet location , comfortable spacious room with great views. Nice friendly service . Shuttle bus was handy when required but also liked the nice 20 minute walk each day down to the centre.

Lovely quiet hotel.
Pros:

Hotel clean and comfortable. All the staff welcoming and friendly. Arranged transport for us to pick up points for excursion and our arranged transfer to Naples out with hotels shuttle times. Had to pay local driver but much cheaper than a taxi from hotel.
