Great city centre location
Pros:

Great city centre location. Clean room.

Cons:

I’m not sure how this is possible but we were given a room that already had someone in it, so were left trying to explain to the man in there why we were trying to get into ‘his room’. We then had to go all the way back downstairs with all our luggage after travelling. It was rectified at the front desk but a goodwill gesture would’ve been nice for the stress.

Cons:

За 5 дней / 4 ночи ни разу не была сделана уборка, не выносился мусор и не менялись полотенца. На улице было +30 градусов, но в номере не работал кондиционер, приходилось ночью открывать окно, и было достаточно шумно.

Fine for an overnight stay but no longer
Pros:

Good location , good sized bedrooms, parking on site

Cons:

Hotel is in need of refurbishment- decor and furnishings/ fittings are dated and worn/ tired

Lift system is inadequate given size of hotel / number of bedrooms ie 2 small lifts with a capacity of no more than 3 adults - even less with luggage

It’s ok, Staying on my own to meet friends and served purpose. Would not stay here with partner. Tired decor and furnitu
Pros:

Location for our purposes.

Cons:

Tired decor, small lifts, one lift out of operation, no hot water (was resolved without inconvenience), double bed mattress made up of two different singles. Holes in curtain. Expensive for what it is. busy on Sunday morning.

Pros:

Rooms nice and clean with air-conditioning bed was comfortable staff are nice especially breakfast lady

Cons:

Bar TV broke no certain lagers working and no air-conditioned needs updating. 10 pound for parking😡 should be within price

Shabby chic missing the chic but aircon a winner!
Pros:

The air conditioning was brilliant. Beds were great. That’s about it though.

Cons:

Extra fee for parking. Stained shower curtains, toilet needed engineering degree to flush, general wear and tear is really just worn and torn. Staff on the unwelcoming side. Just not worth what was paid.

Good value for money. Would return again if staying in Swansea.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. AirCon in the room was incredible. Good sized rooms with a comfy bed. Nice coffee in the bar.

Cons:

The lift didnt work so we had to keep walking 3 flights of stairs to our room each time we went out and back. Shower wasnt that warm.

Best hotel in swansea
Pros:

Staff clean rooms the piano room breakfast. How close it is to city centre. My rest was undisturbed highly recommend 👌 ☺️
