Pros:

Both members of staff in receptions were really friendly, and helpful. They free gave us information we needed for our evening in Swansea, without us evening having to ask.

Gute Lage, nahe am Bahnhof und der Fussgöngerzone

Cons:

Ich war schon um 14.15 dort und ich wusste ja dass einchecken ab 15.00 ist. Das Zimmer war schon ready und ich hätte für's früher einchecken etwas bezahlen müssen, was für mich absolut nicht nachvollziehbar war.

Great stay!
Pros:

The concierge was such a friendly, professional guy, and we felt welcomed. The bed was comfy, shower had great pressure, and it was very quiet despite being central.

A nice stay at my favourite hotel in Swansea.
Pros:

My room was on the 2nd floor at the end of a corridor. There were rooms labelled "Private" next to my room. There was a fire escape immediately next to my room which was convenient if I needed it. The Piano Bar where breakfast was served is on the 1st floor so I took the stairs. Breakfast, as usual was very good. There was some confusion when I checked in as the reception said someone with my name had already checked into the room. The room was quite large but with no views. The windows overlook the outside area where the air conditioning units and ventilation fans are housed. This area is not maintained and very dirty. The windows have restrictor catches so they cannot be opened very far. I was glad of this as I thought if I opened the windows fully I might contract Legionnaire's disease. The hotel has seen better days. It is a bit grubby but it has character. In contrast to previous visits the shower was gloriously hot and powerful. I could not turn the wide screen TV round much so it was difficult viewing it whilst lying in bed. My review for a previous stay at this hotel was not published as they said I made unwelcome and harmful comments. When I appealed and asked them to specify what they perceived these comments to be, they could not subsequently find anything wrong with my review after all, so it was published.

Dragon hotel
Pros:

Hotel location was fab and the staff are lovely

Cons:

Only one chair in a 2 person bedroom and air con wasn't working so it was very hot overnight when asked about this they said they would swnd someone but nobody fixed it

Pros:

Location was centre.

Cons:

Property was outdated and dirty, room was not cleaned in between stay. Aircon was did not work and instead blew out hot air. When reporting this to the staff it was explained that the property is not built for the hot weather.

Location excellent to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Carpet in room should be replaced as it was baggy and had a rip in it. Lift was tiny- Space for 2 people and a couple of large cases only.
