Pros:

Very little. Walkable to most places, cleaning and breakfast ladies were friendly.

Cons:

People breaking into rooms, people banging on doors at 0200, elevators not working, unhelpful staff, some rooms air conditioning did not work, security cameras not working, breakfast room 8171615 kelvin.

Pros:

The staff were all welcoming, friendly, and pleasant throughout my stay. They were approachable, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Cons:

During my stay, I noticed a few areas that could be improved:

There were stains on the carpet.
The bedroom would benefit from having a bigger dustbin.
The sofa appeared grubby and was ripped at the bottom.
There was a fridge in the bedroom, but as it was empty, I'm not sure it served much purpose.
The windows were dirty and could do with cleaning.
The bathroom was generally clean; however, the grouting around the bottom of the shower was discoloured and would benefit from a thorough clean or replacement.
The wooden disabled shower seat is showing signs of wear and should be replaced. A plastic seat may be a more hygienic and durable alternative.
The bathroom heater was grubby and would benefit from being cleaned or replaced.

Overall, with a few maintenance improvements, the room could provide a much better experience for guests.

Pros:

It's a great location. Breakfast was okay. The best place to be was your bedroom.

Cons:

The bar, reception area and breakfast area were very hot. Air conditioning seems to be broken. The bar had no draught beer as broken. Asked the staff for an extra chair. Which didn't arrive. Had to ask twice for extra tea and milk. Water in the bathroom sink was only just flowing. This was a disappointing visit. As we had used the hotel before this visit.

Reasonable stay for what we paid
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, bacon and sausages really tasty and cooked to perfection. Staff really nice and helpfull. Reasonable price of £11 each for what was available.

Cons:

Coffee machine broken so could only have instant coffee. Toaster a bit slow. Daughters fork was dirty

Lack availability of the on-site restaurant/ brasserie. The Reception staff said it was open but on attendance the chef said he was on a break but could do a pizza if I came back later!!!!

Cons:

The room was not clean, walls were dirty and the bed frame was clearly broken, it had been attempted to be fixed with a screwed down sheet over plywood over the slats but still sagged.

Aircon in the room did not work.

Lack of breakfast for the cost.

Excellent value and I have stayed a few times already.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Very helpful. Bed comfortable. Breakfast good.

Cons:

The lifts took forever. One was out of action. The air conditioning didn’t work so had to use a fan. Room was very warm.
