Location was perfect. Staff was friendly.
Our room smelled strongly of marijuana. There was no soap in our room. It was very warm in the room and would not go below 74, making it uncomfortable to sleep. There was minimal breakfast selections.

Las instalaciones del Hotel son limpias y las camas cómodas, cerca del aeropuerto.
Que en el baño el dispensador de acondicionador estaba roto nos entregaron así la habitación, faltaban algunos implementos de aseo que tienen otros Hoteles que forman parte de esta cadena de Hoteles y que el personal que nos recibió en recepción no entendía nada de español.

The property was very close to BWI and they have a shuttle. Small shuttle so you have to reserve! Next to Chili’s Restaurant
The location is good, the breakfast is good, staff good….
I had to change d room, my kids couldn’t sleep cos the mattress was slanted. The other bed is sunken in the middle, woke up with body aches, and The AC isn’t working properly. The room we switched too is Jst manageable to get over d 24hr we have left, have to use the AC fan to feel the cool. The thermostat is on the wall to regulate the AC that looks like window unit AC. I ddnt want to change rom again so I had to wait for the time to come by fast….They need to upgrade.
