Except for checkin, no problems. The free ride back to the airport was on time.
They didn't have my reservation when I got there. I'm sure that's Booking.com's fault, but on the other hand, I had to pay like I was checking in from scratch. I typically book when I get off a plane and I believe I got there about an hour after I did the booking. This has happened a couple of times before, but other places didn't make me pay. I think those other places considered it routine. I think we had to take a taxi because we were there late at night, so that wasn't free.

Comfortable, convenient location
We had a very frustrating experience with our booking. We had already paid through Booking.com, but when we arrived, the hotel claimed they had not received the payment. We spent over an hour and a half trying to resolve the issue with both the hotel and Booking.com customer service after a 3.5-hour drive to get there.
Apparently, the hotel had attempted to charge the payment multiple times, which caused the transaction to be blocked, and they were unable to try again for another 24 hours. Despite this being an issue between the hotel and Booking.com, the hotel refused to let us check in unless we paid for the room again.
Unfortunately, the Booking.com customer service agent was unable to resolve the situation and simply suggested canceling the reservation and finding another hotel. After already spending so much time trying to check in, that was not a realistic solution for us.
In the end, we had no choice but to pay the hotel directly for the room, even though we had already paid through Booking.com, and we were charged a higher rate on top of it. Very disappointing experience overall.

Has a weird smell at times in the room and they should have smart TVs so you can watch your streaming favorites but overall wonderful place to stay!

This hotel is one of the worst hotel I ever have stayed .
Slow shuttle bus pick up .
We had to wait for 45min at BWI.
There were 3 pick up points at this airport and The driver said he was waiting for us at a different pickup point. If he stopped at each stop , he should have seen us at the first one .
The hotel room smelled like a gym , a chair , a table , a refrigerator, a microwave etc everything looked being worn out .
Especially a chair had its surface peeled and looked like being picked up from a dump .
Clearly booked for 3 people but only 2 bath towels .
Clean and spacious room. Pretty quiet. Free breakfast and pretty good coffee. Great water pressure in the shower. Also there's a Chili's right across the parking lot. Would stay again when flying in or out of BWI.
Shuttle hours are weird. Takes some fiddling to find the right water temperature in the shower. We stayed before and after an international flight and it was the same for both rooms.
Breakfast was delicious!
Needed a baby crib and they went to a nearby hotel to get one within like 20 minutes, it was awesome!
Cleanliness. Outdated....could use some wall work, wood work, new carpet.
Said there was a gym. All weights were gone and there were only a few treadmills. There were weights last time. The receptionist said someone stole the equipment. Impossible. Stuff would have to be taken apart.
I wish breakfast started sooner than 630am we had to leave at 620am for our flight.
