La ubicación es bastante buena, cerca a la estación España, el CC Arenas y el punto de acopio para ir en bus al Aeropuerto, muchas tiendas y puntos de interés a muy corta distancia. El desayuno buffet es bueno con productos de calidad y variado.

I arrived to the hotel 05:45 am, my room was ready and they check me in, out of this world!!!!
Everything else perfect

Very pleasant
Pros:

Very friendly and thoughtful staff. I had to come back to pick up my luggage after check out to catch afternoon flight. Not only that they kept my luggage safe, they kindly allowed me to repack at the lobby. I find it very kind. But guests should not take their sensitivity for granted; it is our courtesy to kindly ask. Thanks for a lovely hospitality!
