Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is on a great location with access to the metro. The rooms were clean and the rooftop pool, although not deep, was a great place for an afternoon dip and cool beer. The buffet breakfast was well stocked and included hot food. Lots of restaurants close by to explore for dinner.

Good experience!
Pros:

The staff was very nice, very convenient location for public transportation and restaurants, big room and bed, and it was great to have a pool!

Cons:

There could be more variety for breakfast. Also, I found the mattress a bit hard and there was a vibration in the room at least once per night, as if a train was passing next to the hotel. It was weird but didn't disturb me a lot.

Sentimos em casa!
Pros:

É a segunda vez que ficamos neste hotel que tem uma localização excelente, ótima acessibilidade, quartos amplos, confortáveis e bem decorados. A equipe é nota 10, pois conseguem resolver as demandas com agilidade e bom senso, não seria justo nomeá-los pois não lembramos o nome de todos mas, em especial, agradecemos a Ruth, que nos ajudou bastante no Check-out.

Cons:

Só gostaria de sinalizar que se fazem necessário, algumas intervenções de manutenção: As cortinas não correm bem e os banheiros dos quartos que acessamos, derramam água pelo box.

Cons:

The perfume smell in the room was too too too strong, and the pillow gave me a headache. The window couldn’t be opened, so I had to use the air conditioning, which made me and my mom catch a cold. Most importantly, the €100 deposit I paid still hasn’t been refunded.
