Le parking, les réceptionnistes, localisation, propreté…

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner reste très à désirer… les assiettes en carton c’est un peu limite, buffet pas réapprovisionner pendant 15 minutes avec aucun item ou presque sur le menu…

I am so glad we did NOT stay.
Pros:

We left immediately. Only liked being given a refund.

Cons:

Overpriced parking. No AC. Phone broken and unplugged. Sticky dark walls, smelly rooms, a view of a parking garage through poorly hung curtains. Not a place to stay with family. Best avoided.

Great time in Montreal
Pros:

The room was very clean. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Bathrooms by the restaurant were filthy and stinky. Only one chair in the room. No place in the shower to put soap and shampoo.

On n’a pas pu apprécier le déjeuner à cause de notre départ en autocar à 7h30.

C’est propre et bien situé.

Cons:

L’établissement est bien mais le personnel est stupide. Nous sommes arrivées tard et le commis nous informe que la température des chambres est maintenue à 24.
Arrivées dans notre chambre, il fait 29… pas d’air climatisé et pas de fenêtre qui ouvre.
J’avise le commis et il veut me rembourser… bien là, il est 1:00 am et j’ai pas le goût de chercher autre chose.
Je trouve que c’est très dommage comme service!

Bien situé avec déjeuner inclus, profitez du night life de Montréal!
Pros:

Proximité du centre-ville. Calme malgré la grandeur de l’hôtel plein!

Cons:

Sincèrement, pas grand chose car pour ce prix, en plein centre-ville, c’est bien correct!

Bien situé, Le Lux a répondu à nos attentes
Pros:

Intolerante au lactose et au gluten, je n ai pas pu prendre les petits dejeuner. Il ne restait pas d'oeufs et de jambon dès le debut du service. Une machine à espresso serait souhaitable.

Cons:

La foule au petit dejeuner et la file d attente pour le check in. L application ne reponds pas tout le temps. Par contre le check out a été possible.
