I was expecting more…
The towels were rough. The shower was so hot and it was hard to get a warm and cold temperature. The floors were not cleaned during my 6 night stay. The lighting in the room was odd; there were switches all over the room.
One time, I came back to my room and everything had been moved in the bathroom. Whoever cleaned it decided to take all my products and place them on a towel. I didn’t appreciate my things being touched. I was given one bar of hand soap and never got another. It would have been nice to have a spare if I needed it.
The walls are thin and I could hear noises in the room next to mine when laying in bed. I could hear so many noises from out in the hall at all hours; it’s normally what woke me up instead of my alarm.
The bed was comfortable. I liked having a full length mirror. I appreciated having new towels each day.
Considering how much I paid for this hotel, I just expected some better linens and experience.
Our stay was great! In particular, Mike the doorman was always so friendly and helpful! He was always smiling and offering advice and help with all sorts of questions and things. Made the trip exceptional!

We stayed at the Marriot for the annual ASCA (School Counseling) conference. This was an incredibly pleasant stay, nice fresh and quiet room, and it was so convenient for attending the conference. We highly recommend this hotel!
