Pros:

seronok sangat berada di hotel Grande Pulse. Memang layak diberikan 5 bintang. Semua sudut, fasiliti yang ada di hotel tu semuanya menepati citarasa saya dan keluarga. Kami akan ke sana lagi pada masa akan datang.

Cons:

tidak ada yang kami tidak suka. Walaupun barang-barang dalam hotel tu agak lama tetapi dijaga dengan sangat baik menjadikan ia sangat elok digunakan.

Not my top list.
Pros:

The bed was very comfy. The mattress, the pillows and bedsheets felt like a 5-star level comfort. I love the juices and the pastries at the breakfast. The room layout and facilities were all good. Good lighting and places for mirror. Air-conditioning works well.

Cons:

We only got one bathrobe when we’re supposed to get 2 and the bathrobe that I got was smelly like that kind of damp smell when the laundry is not properly dried. I called the receptionist asking for another bathrobe and they said okay. After a while, they never came to send a new one and I just don’t have the time to call and wait again. A five-star hotel shouldn’t be asked twice or more when a guest requests for something. The bathroom is not exceptionally clean. There are some area I find dusty and the bathtub had some yellow stains. The breakfast choices was many and interesting but I do find most foods was so-so (nasi lemak kurang rasa, nasi kerabu sejuk, kuih muih semua rasa biasa, mee kari kuah cair, nothing wows us in terms of taste). The swimming pool had some area under maintenance and it’s not that big.

Un grand hôtel de luxe à entretenir
Pros:

Une situation agréable dans un grand parc. Une grande chambre avec accès à une terrasse. Une belle piscine qui aurait besoin d'entretien, car beaucoup de mosaïque sont manquantes.

Cons:

Le mobilier est très usagé, la climatisation dans les lieux communs nous a gelé. Nous avons dû payer un gros supplément pour garder la chambre plus longtemps alors que l'hôtel était pratiquement vide
