Me gustó que era primera línea de mar, una playa muy bonita , todo muy aceptavlr , No extremadamente lujoso, pero un buen Hotel . Para hacer un Hotel de playa está estupendamente

En el desayuno, el zumo de una no era natural, Oferta tortillas estaba bien la bollería, el café italiano bien , un buen servicio Paulo y Alexandro me trataron muy bien, en los desayunos , también Vicennt en recepción y el Director del hotel excelentemente…. Estuve en la 408 , Una altura muy buena y unas vistas maravillosas. El Hotel tiene un servicio de bus continuo, cada pocos minutos para llevarte al centro de Capri .

Vista deslumbrante e serviço de transporte ótimos, o restante horrível.

Localização, vista para o mar incrível, shuttle o dia todo para o centro da cidade sem custo.

Cons:

Quartos antigos. O primeiro estava com Wi-Fi precária, pedimos para trocar, eles fizeram uma checagem pra validar se o sinal estava realmente ruim, e após validarem, nos deram outro quarto. Porém o segundo quarto tinha cheiro de esgoto (retorno do ralo da pia), que só foi possível resolver fechando o ralo, e tendo que utilizar o chuveiro. O hotel pode ter sido 4 estrelas há uns 10 anos atrás, hoje em dia não é mais. Além disso, reservei com antecendência e paguei 3x mais caro do que as reservas last minute.

Ótimo hotel, com um funcionário despreparado que colocou tudo a perder.

Cons:

Apesar de termos sido bem atendidos pela maioria dos funcionários, o mau atendimento de um garçom do restaurante, marcou de forma muito desagradável nossa estadia. Faltando 20 minutos para fechar o restaurante no almoço já nos recebeu de mau humor, escolhemos um primeiro prato e quando fomos dar continuidade ao pedido solicitando a salada, o referido funcionário fechou o menu e disse que naquela hora somente um prato principal poderia ser feito e nos tirou o menu de forma grosseira, causando espanto e nossa falta de reação por tamanha estranheza ao fato ocorrido. Na manhã seguinte, o mesmo senhor de bome com 5 letras, que não vou citar aqui, continuava de mau humor, grosseria e com hóspedes de outras nacionalidades européias, sendo solícito e educado. Uma pena que um funcionário despreparado e preconceituoso cause tamanho impacto em uma avaliação que poderia ser excelente.

Pros:

Przepiękny widok na zatokę Capri. Bardzo blisko plaża. Bus kursujący co jakiś czas z hotelu do centrum Capri i w drugą stronę. Oczywiście darmowy:) Polecam:)
