جلست عندهم 16 يوم يعني تعليقي لاتعديه

-فطورهم متنوع ورائع في كل الأقسام فيه تنوع وهو افضل مافي الفندق
- اخذت سويت غرفتين وصالة وسيع ومناسب

Cons:

-مصعد واحد فقط يخدم البرج اللي حنا فيه وهو الأساسي تجربة سيئة تنتظر لحد ماتكره نفسك وعادي يوصلك فل تضطر تنتظر مرة ثانية غير الأصوات اللي تسمعها فالمصعد لأنه قديم ومستهلك
-صار عندي جرح باليد رحت الاستقبال ابغى لصق جروح حط لي شاش واخذني الصيدلية بعدين فهمت انه ماعندهم وعشان اشتريه أنا بنفسي موقف سيء صدمتني الحركة خصوصا انه شيء بسيط وطارىء
-تعامل سيء من موظف اللي باللوبي تحت يقدم الخدمة وانت داخل على اليسار يرفع صوته ويفتقد للذوق وأبجديات التعامل مع العملاء ويتضح عليه فقر التدريب ويمكن مانكون مشكلته لحاله مشكلة اللي وظّفه وحطه في مكان وهو غير مدرب ولا مهيأ
-طلبت تثبيت شكوى عند الإدارة عليه وصرفوني الاستقبال مع إصراري على الشكوى واضطريت أجي الإدارة الصباح وأبلغهم لان بالنهاية التعامل والاحترام مع العميل خط أحمر والهدف اولاً واخيراً ليس الإضرار بالموظف ولكن عدم جعل الموقف يمر مرور الكرام ويصبح شيء طبيعي منه او من غيره
-المكيف دائما فيه مشكلة وأهمها إذا حطيت المكيف على درجة معينة أنسى يوزن نفسه عليها يبقى زي ماهو بارد لدرجة التجمد
-الدش فقط سماعه علويه ثابته مافيه حنفيه يعني لو تحب تستخدم حنفيه او يد متحركه مافيه بس فيه دش علوي ثابت
-الأكل اللي تحت فاللوبي سيء الله يكرم النعمة وخيارات المشروبات محدودة
-التكييف في جلسات اللوبي جهة يسار المدخل سيء خصوصا وقت الزحمة مع الدخان
-اخذت 16 يوم في اعلى سويت عندهم ولاشفت منهم اي مبادرة او ميزوني بشيء مثلي مثل ابو ليلة بأرخص غرفة
-بشكل عام يمكن تصنيف الفندق أربع نجوم ولا يرقى لأكثر من ذلك
