The surcharge for dogs is €12 per night. The cleaning fee is €25 per stay. The maximum allowed weight is 10 kg.
Accommodation with dogs includes a welcome kit containing the following items: 1 eco-friendly water bowl (1,000 ml), 1 eco-friendly food bowl (750 ml), 15 biodegradable bags, 1 bag dispenser, 1 bag of healthy treats, and 1 ball.
Dogs are not permitted in areas where food and drinks are served.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En de locatie. Prachtig uitzicht.
Het hotel had een heerlijke geur bij binnenkomst wat me opviel. Heerlijk. Bushalte was direct bij het hotel. Alle bussen rijden er. Het is heel gemakkelijk en je hebt geen taxi nodig. Supermarkt om de hoek waar je eten kunt kopen en kunt opwarmen in hun magnetrons, je hebt de gelegenheid om er je eten op te eten ook zonder extra kosten. Strand is op 3 min afstand.

Location close to the beach and a beautiful walk to the city centre via an amazing tropical park with stunning green parakeets in the trees! Check-in and out very smooth, staff provide excellent service - especially staff member from Argentina and the Reception Manager also. Breakfast was very good and served in a beautiful traditional style breakfast room by a very polite male staff member. Amazing pastries and fresh fruit. Rooms are absolutely immaculate - my bathroom’s marble walls were sparkling - it was so clean - compliments to the cleaning staff, cleanest hotel I have stayed in! Bed and pillows very comfortable. Bus stop outside to get the bus to bus and train station and only costs one euro! Bus driver told me when to get off. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and was so pleased I chose this hotel. It is a beautiful traditional style hotel and gave me a fantastic first experience and impression of Malaga!
De ansatte er utrolig søde og hjælpsomme, - der er rent og pænt.
Vi havde booket et værelse med twinbeds, men det havde de ikke. Døren til toilettet kunne ikke lukkes, ej heller låses. Vi havde bestilt et stort værelse, men blev flyttet til et værelse med twinbeds efter en nat og det var meget lille. Til gengæld kunne døren til toilettet lukkes. Vi blev efterfølgende tilbudt et andet værelse, men det var besværligt at flytte igen, selvom værelset var større. Vi fik morgenmad første morgen, hvilket vi ikke havde bestilt, og her kunne hotellet have kompenseret ved det manglende værelse med twinbeds, som vi havde bestilt. Der var en grund til at vi ønskede dette og det var et bevidst valg, men der var ingen kompensation. Jeg oplevede også en ret besynderlig reaktion fra personalet på, at vi ikke kunne få det, vi havde bestilt, som et “beklager med vi har ikke ledige værelser med twinbeds”. Det virker mærkeligt, når det jo rent faktisk var det vi havde bestilt.

Esta muy bien ubicado, me asignaron una planta alta que es lo que mas me gusta con vistas al pueblo . El año pasado no me gustó fue bajo y enfrente de una callejuela y al salir al patio olía un poco mal. Pero este año me ha encantado. Las recepcionista super amables y encantadoras las chicas de la limpieza estupendas y súper amables también un encanto
Las sabanas y el cogin no me olia muy bien, el olor a lejía a sabana limpia me faltó un poco, el cuarto de baño no tenia escobilla y la mampara es corta y a la hora de ducharse se sale todo el agua.

Las habitaciones son bastante antiguas, no están bien limpias y el aire acondicionado apenas funciona cuando “funciona bien”

Camera angusta, claustrofobica, praticamente al piano terra (vicino a reception ed ascensore pertanto eri alla mercé di arrivi a qualsiasi orario) con una finestra contro un muro che non potevi aprire perché ti vedeva il balcone accanto. Non ho dormito tutta la notte perché c’era un rumore costante ed assordante in sottofondo 24hh su 24hh ovvero tutti i motori delle aria condizionata delle varie stanze. Alla mia richiesta di cambiare stanza alle 2 di notte hanno detto che sapevano del rumore (e allora perché la affittate????) e non mi hanno cambiato stanza quindi è stato un incubo non avendo chiuso occhio in una stanza indecente, sporca e assolutamente che una struttura un minimo seria non avrebbe mai affittato.

A tisztaságra jobban figyelhetnének, de nem volt kényelmetlen.

Das Parkhaus war sehr eng, je nach Automodell kommt man nicht um die Kurven. Wir mussten dann jeden Tag einen Parkplatz an der Strasse suchen & je nach Tageszeit war das nicht so einfach.
