relaxing with excellent service and a great view
Pros:

The staff was outstanding from the moment we arrived by making us feel welcome with a drink and plenty of suggestions for our stay. The view from our room was beautiful overlooking the river. Breakfast was continental but fine.

Cons:

Far from the town of Ogunquit which was a 15 minute drive but parking is expensive and hard to find. The beach was a 15 minute walk which was convenient. A shuttle is available for $5.00 which was great.

Pros:

Check in and out fast and easy. Nice staff. Breakfast was better than I expected. We had eggs and sausages.
We had water, coffee machine in the room.

Cons:

Humidity in the room. Pool wasn't enough warm and clean for me. Beds a little bit too soft.

Bathroom didn’t have anywhere to put things and shower didn’t have bar to hold on to and slippery floor no floor mat

Comfortable stay with substandard accommodations.
Pros:

The location was terrific, within 1 mile of the beach.

Cons:

Half the lights and outlets worked in the room. The breakfast was marginal at best with most being muffins in plastic (packaged).
