La colazione è davvero molto scarsa. Presente sia il salato che il dolce ma con pochissima scelta. Rimane un pò fuori dal centro

Great first time stay with family.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice view :)

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner (floor), plumbing issues but resolved quickly.

Away from the crowds
Pros:

I liked having a water view from the room. The king bed was super comfortable. A big plus for having a Keurig coffee maker in the room. I'm not much of a breakfast person, but my husband told me they had a good selection of foods, hot and cold. It was a bit too far to walk into Ogunquit, but I liked the quieter setting.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like was that our room had a small sofa that was rather uncomfortable, but I can't say what other rooms may have for seating.

Location and view from this place is really good.
