Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, nur wenige Schritte von der Altstadt entfernt, hervorragender Service, erstklassige Küche. Perfekt für Hundebesitzer, unsere Prinzessin hat sich hier wie zu Hause gefühlt. ☺️

Cons:

Der einzige Nachteil war, dass man nicht auf der Terrasse sitzen konnte, weil sich direkt neben dem Hotel eine unglaublich große Baustelle befand.leider 😔

I’m already looking at dates for our next trip. Wonderful.
Pros:

Wonderful place. Location and facilities fantastic. The pool for me was the best part of all. I don’t think you’d find many other places with that view. The staff, especially the pool team and the pool bar team were fantastic. It was very busy sometimes and they handled some rude Americans very well. Air conditioning in the rooms great too. Bedrooms fine - all mod cons. Beds (and pillows!) all very comfortable despite other reviews - I guess this is down to personal tastes.

Cons:

I think the bar and pool bar prices are pricey. I understand it’s a prestigious hotel but for a four star hotel, 10 euros for a very small glass of wine is a little steep.
The breakfast is fab but 10am finish is a little early - I think 11 would be so much more helpful for customers. And the waiters for breakfast don’t mess about - the start clearing up about 9.45, so if you want your breakfast don’t be late!
The rooms are very tastefully decorated but be warned - all “Superior rooms with a partial view of lake” have a huge building site as the main attraction. You can see the lake but the building site does spoil the whole ambience. My daughters stayed in a classic room in the original building behind the hotel and it was stunning! I would seriously think about spending the extra money next time.
This didn’t spoil the hotel and holiday though. It really was wonderful.

Cons:

The parties and loud people went to 2 am. Management just let the noise continue. The hotel hosted the large party but the noise could be heard all over the lakeside
It is surprising a hotel of this caliber would support this kind of behavior. It was the talk of many non-partying guests.

残念
Cons:

レイクビューにしたが、目の前で工事。騒音と埃で全く窓を開けられず、バルコニーでのテーブルチェアで過ごすことも一切できなかった。
フロントに伝えるとホームページに書いてあったとのことで、予約したブッキングドットコムのせいだと言われた。
友人の安い部屋の方が快適で無駄遣いした気分です。

Pros:

El Sky Bar, fantastico. El panorama excelente. El beach pool estaba bien. El desayuno muy bueno. El jardín muy bonito y la ubicación excelente y la comida en el restaurante

Cons:

La piscina en el SkyBar, el agua terriblemente caliente. La obra que teníamos delante de nuestro balcón.

Alcune persone dello staff appena sufficienti per un hostello... maleducati, poca attenzione al cliente, una ragazza della reception ha dato informazioni a pezzi con poca educazione e cinha "venduto" come una gentile concessione che il cane di 5 kg potesse accedere alla piscina quandon in realtà era previsto, lo stesso vale per le indicazioni sul parcheggio, ho dovuto da solo scoprire che c'era un parcheggio sotterraneo con la colinnina di ricarica per di più gratuita... inoltre il la camera è stata disponibile 30 minuti in ritardo ma per questo si sono scusati dandoci un upgrade... poi arrivati in piscina ci hanno detto che con il cane si poteva accedere solo in determinate aree e che erano piene (ci avevano detto che i posti per i clienti sono sempre disponibili) e quindi??? poi il ragazzo che dovrebbe accoglierti e darti l'asciugamano se non lo chiami ti ignora... inoltre gli ordini fatti al bar della piscina o non arrivano o ci mettono un ora almeno ... poi abbiamo prenotato un massaggio ma non è stato possibile perché la massaggiatrice stava male ( qui sfortuna nostra) ..
