Pros:

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi in 10 minuti. Comodissimo il garage per auto

Molt a prop del centre i amb aparcament força disponible al carrer (zona verda). Equipat per estar uns dies (cuineta, bany ampli, etc.)
Esmorzar a 15 euros pero amb bastant coses (begudes, ous, salsitxes, etc.)

Super locatie, gedateerd hotel en niet doen als het warm is in Rennes.
Pros:

De locatie, je loopt zo het centrum van Rennes in. Betaalbare parkeergarage onder het hotel. Het bed en de slaapbank waren prima, alles schoon maar wel gedateerd.

Cons:

Het was echt verschrikkelijk warm, geen airco en volle zon op de ramen. S nachts de ramen dicht moeten maken ivm geluid op straat. Ontbijt was matig maar ook niet prijzig met kinderen.

Confortable au niveau des équipements, mais trop chaud et trop bruyant à cause des voisins
Pros:

La qualité du logement propre et semble-t-il, entièrement rénové , et le petit déjeuner très correct

Cons:

L’absence de climatisation à cette période de très fortes chaleur
Le bruit dans l’immeuble d’en face avec la caisse de résonance du béton dans cette architecture en creux

On a adoré mais peut s'améliorer
Pros:

L'emplacement est un peu excentré et cela permet de rester au calme le soir. La propreté et les services proposés.

Cons:

Le prix du petit déjeuner est à 15€ et c'est beaucoup trop élevé. La climatisation est absente mais il y a tout de même un ventilateur.

La proximité avec le centre ville, la propreté et le confort du lit.

Cons:

La chaleur. Pas de climatisation, 2 fenêtres qui donnent du même côté, immeuble en V avec peu d'air. On a dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, voisins bruyants.

Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Es ist alles vorhanden, Frühstück war auch ausreichend. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage super.

Cons:

Zimmer im 3. Stockwerk zur Straße. Relativ laut und warm.
Keine Klimaanlage.
