Un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre paradisiaque, avec une vue à couper le souffle !
Pros:

Un séjour absolument magnifique ! La vue est splendide et le cadre de l’hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel. Notre chambre était superbe, très agréable et parfaitement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel attentionné et professionnel. Le jacuzzi était incroyable, un vrai moment de détente. Nous avons également adoré les restaurants : tout était excellent. Entre la beauté de l’hôtel, la vue, les prestations et la qualité du service, nous avons passé un séjour mémorable.

Cons:

Honnêtement, rien de particulier à signaler. Nous avons été pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour.

La vue sur le golfe

Cons:

Service pas à la hauteur pour un 5 étoiles, aucune attention du personnel qui ne dit même pas bonjour.
Massage complètement raté, pas professionnel.
Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et des fruits talés.
Aucune excuse du personnel quand on leur fait des remarques.

The spot is amazing, the facilities are great, clean and staff is very friendly. Well set up as well for transportation to town with boat shuttle and other nearby restaurants.

Cons:

As the hotel is rather pricey, I found it borderline to charge another 75 euros for sun beds on the beach. Similarly to charge 40 euros for the boat shuttle to town is an ill advised decision. Hotel should rely on tips from customers and take the difference. Also, there are few maintenance issues such as leaks leaving marks on walls, as well as below maintenance standard of some spa facilities. Again, the hotel is great but pinching extra $ everywhere leaves no room for anything negative.

Leider kein 5 Sterneniveau...
Pros:

Die Lage, mit Sicht auf Propriano, ist sehr schön. Ebenfalls der Sandstrand und ein eigener Bootssteg für Bootsfahrten sind top. Unser Zimmer mit Meersicht war renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht weder für das Zimmer noch für das Essen. Frühstück 35 Euro pro Person, Abendessen mind. 200 Euro pro Person, Liegestühle am Strand 80 Euro und ein einfaches Zimmer mit Meerblick 750 Euro. Das viel zu viele Personal ist grösstenteils arrogant und überheblich. Einzig Ines und die Crew im Poolrestaurant sind professionell. Schade, die Lage vom Hotel wäre gut, aber ist nicht auf einem 5 Sterneniveau.

Pros:

Vackert läge. Rent och väldigt trevlig personal. Lugnt.

Cons:

Överlag för dyr mat på boendet. Frukost borde ingå till ett bättre pris. Dåligt wifi och det funkade inte bra att skärmdela till TVn.
