Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt gut.
Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage nicht eingeschaltet. Erst nach 3-maliger Nachfrage wurde dies erledigt. Die Temperaturen waren sehr hoch - über 30 Grad und nachts auch über 20 Grad. Antwort: Die Klimaanlage wird erst ab dem 01.06. eingeschaltet. Wir hatten allerdings eine Suite inklusive Klimaanlage gebucht. Das war uns sehr wichtig!!!

Il cibo era davvero ottimo, ristorante eccellente! Il buffet è ampio e e viene continuamente rifornito. Ho scelto la mezza pensione e a cena c'era la possibilità di scegliere tra due primi e due secondi. I piatti erano curati e di qualità.

La camera era composta da un letto matrimoniale, una cabina armadio e un bagno spazioso e nuovo. Nel complesso, carina.

La struttura è piacevole ma purtroppo la piscina non è risultata affatto tranquilla e rilassante come ci aspettavamo. Non essendoci nessuno a monitorare l’area, erano frequenti schiamazzi e persone che parlavano ad alta voce.. in una SPA ci si aspetterebbe un’atmosfera più silenziosa e rilassante.

Lo staff pur essendo corretto, non è apparso particolarmente sorridente o accogliente.

Nel complesso un’esperienza discreta, con alcuni aspetti sicuramente da migliorare.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokój na 4 piętrze z balkonem po gruntownym remoncie. Wygodny i przestronny lecz niezadaszony parking przy hotelu.

Cons:

Śniadanie na słabym poziomie. Brak świeżego pieczywa, jajecznica z proszku była obrzydliwa.

Camera bella e ben illuminata, con ampio armadio, con frigo, cassetta di sicurezza, grande televisore.
Bagno nuovo e ampio con set di cortesia. Colazione varia e con prodotti buoni.
Piscine belle con varie posizioni di idromassaggio e cascata cervicali.
Bella la biosauna. Peesenti palestra e bar.
Personale di receptin molto gentile, anche il gatto mascotte Uni! 😀 Spa con ampia scelta di trattamenti.

Cons:

Nel prezzo dovrebbero includere accappatoio e telo per la piscina.
Nella camera non c'era un terrazzino .
Nella camera ogni volta che aprivi i cssetti dei comodini rischiavi che ti cadesse sui piedi perché non c'era il blocco di fine corsa.
I lettini delle piscine sia interna che esterna dovrebbero essere piu distanziati.

Ottima posizione, parcheggio, staff gentile, camera grande e bagno adeguato

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo dormito malissimo perché in camera avevamo 27 gradi, anche tenendo la finestra aperta. Vero che le temperature esterne sono salite repentinamente in questo fine maggio, però può accadere ed avere l aria condizionata non funzionante ritengo non sia accettabile per un albergo di questo livello. A parte questo inconveniente, non abbiamo nulla di negativo da segnalare

Hôtel agréable, propre et calme. Les piscines intérieure et extérieure sont sures et bien entretenues. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux et varié. Les chambres sont vastes et propres.

Cons:

Chambre à 2 lits jumeaux telle que réservée, mais les lits n'étaient pas confortables et assez étroits.
