Lovingly renovated property
Pros:

This motel has been renovated into a beautiful property with stylish rooms and a lovely vibe. The rooms were super clean and we found the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I wish I'd brought my swimmers so I could try out the magnesium pool!

It’s a MOTEL!!! Main road location. Don’t make the same mistake that I made.

This is NOT a hotel. It’s a motel revamped. It’s a good renovation but it’s still a motel and NOT a hotel. Myself and my wife were so disappointed that we would be staying in a motel and not have the luxuries that a hotel offers. This is a lie!! I couldn’t believe that they are allowed to market themselves this way. The pictures on booking.com are very deceiving. Robbed!! It’s the most expensive motel I’ve ever stayed in.

The hotel has nice‑looking decor.

Cons:

There is an issue with the hot‑water system. My child showered for 10 minutes. Then my partner went in to shower, but the water turned cold within less than 10 minutes. The hotel told us to wait 20 minutes for hot water. We waited for over an hour, yet the water was still cold. In the end, my partner finished the shower in cold water. I could not take a shower at all and only washed my face with cold water.

The hotel staff offered me a refund because they could not fix the problem that night. However, the next morning they claimed there was nothing wrong with the system and refused to give the refund. I did not ask for a refund on my own; they were the ones who offered it, only to go back on their word later. I find the hotel’s conduct dishonest and untrustworthy.
