The pool and jacuzzi
Parking to expensive
Such unbelievably terrible service checking in. The people working the desk took FOREVER to check people in. How long should it take?? 100 people in line and they took at least 10 minutes per customer.
It was clean, the room was nice and the staff was very pleasant and helpful!
The entrance is on a super busy road so it was hard turning into the parking lot. But that’s not something the staff can help.

Convenient for travelling via Ohare
I was woken with a call from reception at 0630 when they were looking for a scale that I borrowed the day before and returned shortly thereafter. Being jetlagged I had a hard time falling asleep again and ended up.sleeping through my alarm, missing breakfast and having to stress to get back to the airport.

Had to quickly book this hotel due to a series of weather delays hitting my travel. Contacted Sara past midnight at the front desk while still en route to Chicago. Big shout out to her, she got me a room, had the shuttle waiting for me on arrival, and even directly phoned me to make sure I'd gotten aboard. I arrived quickly at the hotel and she had a bag of toiletries ready. Had a great sleep after 16 hours of delays in 3 airports, and Sara had already arranged breakfast to go.
I'm a Hilton Diamond, soon Diamond Reserve, only a few months from Lifetime Diamond, and it's been years since I had such a great experience at a hotel. Truly made a difference and I know where'll be staying in the future around O'Hare.
I like the jacuzzi suite.
I dislike that I was charged for parking.
