They don’t clean the rooms 😓🥺 you can ask for towels or what you need but expect to do your own cleaning depending on the stay, we spend 5 days and we only got clean towels clean once

Sehr Empfehlenswert - zu Downtown Chicago aber etwas weit entfernt
Pros:

Alle 20 - 30 Minuten kostenfreier Transfer zum Flughafen und das 24/7. Den Transferbus kann man auch täglich gut nutzen, um dann vom Flughafen mit der Bahn in die Innenstadt zu gelangen und später auch wieder zum Hotel zurück. Kleiner Pool und Whirlpool. Sehr nettes Personal. Spätes Auschecken möglich. Hotelfenster lassen sich etwas öffnen und. Bei geschlossenen Fenster war der Fluglärm und der nahegelegene Highway nicht mehr zu hören!

Cons:

Lage zum Flughafen zwar top, aber die Innenstadt von Chicago ist erst nach kurzer Bus- und längerer (etwa 45 Minuten) Bahnfahrt erreichbar. Mit dem Auto dauert es ähnlich lange oder ggf. noch länger, wegen des hohen Verkehrsaufkommens in Chicago. Um das Hotel drumherum eher etwas trostlos - viele Hotels, der Flughafen und Highways! Highways und Fluglärm durch gut isolierte Fenster glücklicherweise kaum wahrnehmbar!

Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Fix the card reader for the parking lot especially since guests are paying for parking

Cons:

Card reader to enter the parking area didn’t work due to rain. One of the staff members spoke somewhat condescending to me that they didn’t know I was using the parking lot. She reflected the issue to me rather than staff at check in didn’t ask me that question.
