The view of the room

Beautiful hotel! Rooms are very spacious and immaculate. We had a great view from our floor to ceiling windows of Gangnam Square. The staff was wonderful. Ella, as well as many others, made us feel so welcomed and ensured our stay was very special. The buffet breakfast, the gym and the pool were all standouts, Great location, as it’s very easy to travel to different neighborhoods from the subway station right outside the entrance.

We found the property to be beautifully maintained (and quiet throughout the day). What made a huge difference was how considerate and helpful everyone was. Our room was beautiful and all our requests were promptly met with kindness. It’s one of our best experiences at a hotel and employees are a cut above the ritz and the four seasons in the US. Highly recommend if you want to experience top notch hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Seoul. Traveling with a 4 -year-old can be tiring, but the team made us feel so welcome by granting us an early check-in after our long morning flight. The next day, we had to check out at 4:00 AM. Since we couldn't eat at the restaurant, the hotel thoughtfully packed an amazing and rich breakfast for us. Their attentiveness and care made our trip so much easier. Thank you for taking such good care of our family!

Got a suite facing construction and the staff were prompt to help me get a better room. Everything is in solid condition and staff were very polite and amazing. Location is great too!

We absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Park Hyatt. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and very accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and were always willing to help with anything we needed.

The amenities were excellent and really added to the overall experience. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great selection and was a nice way to start each day.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Park Hyatt to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful staff amazing views of the surrounding area from the rooms! Front desk and bell staff top notch!! Lovely hotel great location great access! Would highly recommend! Mr Tony at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us- expedited our room and checked on us during stay to make sure we were having great experience! Entire experience team and staff all wonderful! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul!

To be clear: all of the drawbacks are building based -- the service and food all are truly 5 stars!!

Pros:
1. Great location! Right across from a subway stop and adjacent to COEX mall which has an amazing food court, shopping etc.
2. Amazing gym facility/spa, and a GORGEOUS pool which clearly is an adult pool so the people complaining about how it is "toddler-unfriendly" should try taking their toddlers to a bar sometime and see how that goes. Come on, people!!
3. WONDERFUL staff who give every interaction with a guest their all. A+++++ plus even more ++++!
4. The breakfast is AMAZING. Absolutely delicious. The only other meal we had was room service bibimbap which also was 100% delicious!!!
5. The bar is lovely and they have music, which is fun!

Cons:
1. The rooms are, frankly, not that nice. Sad but true. We had three rooms -- they put one of us on the very bottom floor (4) with a "view" of the parking lot and right next to the elevator. One of the other rooms was a weird triangle shape that made it very awkward to move around the bed. And the bathrooms are so weird -- there is no door at all to the bathroom so it is very...open when it comes to showers and potty time. The "powder room" has a door but it is right next to the sink :|

2. the elevators are an exercise in frustration. There is basically a tiny little foyer on the ground floor and the lobby is on the 24th floor. To get to the guest rooms from the floor with breakfast or from the ground floor where you enter, you need to go up to the 24th floor and then change elevators. To get to breakfast you need to go up to the 24th floor and change. It is a pain and I am surprised it is not mentioned more in the comments because every time we took the elevator it is ALL anyone was talking about as we all waited around for the elevators.

Just being honest! I think if you had a nice room on a higher floor with maybe a view, it would mitigate some of the other inconveniences. I wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars...3 is not enough but 4 may be too many.

The building, bright and spacious rooms

Excellent hospitality. Wonderful accommodations. Staff were very amazingly helpful. We're plan our return to Seoul next year and will likely stay at the Park Hyatt.

The Park Hyatt Seoul

Pros:
- has some amazing people working there
- applied a suite upgrade and enjoyed our suite
- breakfast was wonderful
- subway was right there when you stepped outdoors

Cons
- poor restaurants esp Timber line
- Location is in the midst of construction which could be bothersome for some. We actually slept ok but for many the sound of construction starting at 3 am would be bothersome. Walking out of the hotel and even crossing the street was impeded.
- no globalist recognition beyond being thanked by the lovely woman who check us in
- management at no time greeted us or asked about our stay except one Manager on Duty who was problematic

We didn’t enjoy our stay in Seoul and we realized objectively it was due to the property. We will give the city another try in the future but it won’t involve any revisiting of this property

Love this hotel when in Seoul and will keep coming back for business. The restaurant on the second floor was lovely too. The rooms are elegant and super spacious and I love their bathrooms.

Amazing room, clean, great service as expected of a 5 star hotel.
