In the heart of old town but on a super quiet street. Everything was easily accessible and the staff were wonderful. The rooms were silent and you couldn’t hear anything outside of your room

The location is very convenient with a lot of good restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Almost all places are within walking distance.
The view from the window is excellent.
Front desk staffs are very helpful.
There is no exhaust fan in the washroom so it could be a bit humid after shower.
Without sunlight, room is a bit dim even with all the lights on.

Fabulous apartment with a view. Delightful staff. Peace and quiet. Friendly reminder there's a funicular to take you up the hill to old town. There's a few flights of stairs to the top floor apartment but worth the view and quiet. Highly recommend 🇨🇦

We liked the generous rooftop appartment with the magnificent view from the terrace of the appartment. Staff was very friendly and helpful, namely with regard to bringing the bags to the appartment, which can only be reached from the top floor via very steep and narrow stairs.
There is no parking available, but you can stop in front of the hotel and there is a friendly valet parking service at a fair price.
The breakfast is not meeting the standards you could normally expect from a 4-stars-hotel. The room, where breakfast is served, is rather small and you just get your plates from the waiter and have to help yourself. A proper bar is missing, there is only a self-service counter in the lobby.

Our 5th floor room had a view and was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel is in a great location, the staff friendly and accommodating.
