Beautiful hotel
Pros:

This hotel was amazing!! In a great spot and beautiful area! Our room had a view of the Château Frontenac!!

Cons:

The bed was miserable!! The pillows and the bed was not comfortable. We didn’t sleep well there at all.

Our time in Quebec City was so enhanced by the service and authentic care at Hotel 71.
Pros:

Location. Superb service. They have. Ailed individual customer needs. We felt welcomed and valued as guests. Excellent breakfast.

Pros:

The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the old town. There are many art galleries nearby, which made exploring the area especially enjoyable.

When I opened the window early at dawn, I was rewarded with a beautiful view.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Although it was spring, it was still quite cold in the mornings and evenings, so having a bathtub was much appreciated.

I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons:

he bed pad had a perfume-like scent, which I am quite sensitive to. I asked the staff for assistance, and after discussing it with the housekeeper who came to help, we were able to resolve the issue.

Top locatie en heerlijke luxe!
Pros:

Heel mooi en luxe hotel. Grote kamers, fijn bed en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het in-house Italiaanse restaurant is een aanrader en de wijnautomaat in de lobby waar je een wijntje kunt tappen is top! De locatie is ook top, je loopt zo naar alle highlights. Personeel is ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
