Vlad made a reservation for us to be picked up at airport and cab did not show and hotel also could not reach the cab company, I was fortunate that someone at the airport got a cab for me. On morning of departure downtown was closed for a marathon, we were not warned ahead of time, and had to walk 4 blocks (1 uphill) with a large suitcase, a small suitcase and I walk with a cane. Again cab did not show up and phone number given to me for cab company was wrong. I was fortunate to find a cab to pier. Other plans could have been made (leave earlier, hire someone to take bags) if I had known. Disappointing
