Si je dois y retourner j’irai prendre le petit déjeuner ailleurs

Literie, l’emplacement, la chambre confortable

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner. Nous etions entassés au milieu de croisiéristes qui rentraient de leur croisière. Il y avait des valises partout dans la salle de restaurant
La qualité des mets servis étaient de qualité très moyenne. Un vieux bout de gâteau sans gluten était disposé dans une assiette et après avoir demandé j’ai eu quelques tranches de pain sans gluten.
De plus nous avons dû attendre 15 heures avant de pouvoir nous installer dans notre chambre

Cons:

Couldn’t sleep at night…very loud partying throughout the night. The room got very warm at night and we were perspiring under the sheets. Was told that we should open the window to cool the room, but this was I feasible as the outside noise got even louder. Was told that the noise problem is a regular thing.

Good but not yet great yet but still a hotel I would return to
Pros:

I feel the bones of the hotel and staff are good, friendly, helpful team, central location. But we did have challenges and had to move rooms, which the hotel did willingly but still a pain. Also would be helpful for the hotel to be proactive with where to park as the underground car park is very expensive as you pay for 24 hours where street parking is 9 am till 9 at night so maybe download a parking app. Also a lot of construction around so the hotel could be a bit more proactive with those challenges

Clean friendly and well located. But not exceptional or value for money.
Pros:

Very good location. Friendly helpful staff. Good restaurant on premises. Beds were reasonably comfortable

Cons:

Could hear outside noise. The windows were not double glazed.
Bathroom amenities were like a 3 star hotel.
