Booking.com cancelling us and causing us incredible hassle because we were unable to get there the first of five days, as our train broke down and we missed the last ferry.
Posizione fantastica con una bella vista e cenare la sera al fresco è stato bello. Anche se distaccata dal centro e sopraelevata, la distanza non è un problema camminare la sera. Di giorno con il sole si può usufruire della navetta gratuita.
Nulla da dire sui servizi come la piscina fruibili già all' arrivo anche se non si è ancora preso possesso della camera ed altrettanto il giorno del check-out. Colazione veramente ottima, varia (dolce, salato e frutta) e buona. Il personale gentile, attento alle esigenze del cliente, disponibile. Nota positiva anche per il ristorante della struttura.
Ho prenotato e pagato per una camera Classic, ma quella che mi è stata assegnata era più simile ad una standard come è emerso dalle foto pubblicate sul sito della struttura. E' considerata Classic in quanto ubicata nel corpo centrale della struttura, ma di fatto era l'ultima camera in fondo all' ultimo corridoio. Inoltre per accedere a questa ed ad altre camere è necessario salire su una stretta scala a chiocciola, ma di questa informazione non c' è traccia né sul vostro sito né sul sito ufficiale dell'Hotel. Rimasto deluso per questo aspetto
Sicuramente la posizione è un valore aggiunto di questa struttura. Apprezzato anche il servizio di transfer verso il centro. La piscina bella con acqua di mare.
Avrei preferito che il servizio transfer verso il centro fosse esteso anche oltre le ore 20, almeno fino alle 23. Per il prezzo pagato mi sarei aspettato una camera in posizione diversa.
posizione incredibile, con panorama sulla baia chiaia di luna, bellissime tutte le postazioni: ristorante per la colazione, bar per il tramonto, piscina affacciata sul paese. non andrei in nessun altro hotel a Ponza.
la strada per raggiungerlo è in leggera salita, si tratta di una piacevole passeggiata, ma fino alle 20.00 c'è anche il servizio navetta a disposizione.

La cortesia del personale impiegato nella pulizia delle camere e nella zona bar/ristorante.
La vista al tramonto è molto suggestiva.
Le camere risultano fatiscenti con l'intonaco che cade a terra, il condizionatore gocciola acqua una volta attivato nonostante la richiesta di intervento del tecnico.

Location is not bad, not near the beach. Nice view. You have a steep hill to climb from town, port, seaside to the hotel. They have a free shuttle. Nice pool. Restaurant and pool bar are pricey.
