The hotel, house keeping and staff are all of high standard except for confusion as listed above
Pros:

Breakfast was charged not complementary
Only one cup provided for coffee in the room while it is double occupancy
WC cover in our room 412 broken
The water pressure in the pipe besides WC is too high to use
Restaurant understaffed and only one girl setves all tables other staff on lookers
In the restaurant water provided in bottles but glasses and cutlery had to be asked and it takes lot of time to provide when asked
Staff are well behaved and curteous. The draw backs are only management negligence

Cons:

At reception while checking in i was told b/fast complementary but in the restaurant i was asked to pay and i paid
