Good value for money & location
Pros:

Good customer service - anything raised or questions asked were addressed quickly
Loved the rooftop bar - great food, view & service

Cons:

Room & beddings were quite stuffy when I got there - had to request thorough cleaning for the next day, but this was addressed when I raised it

Room finishing was a bit old(with some minor paint chipping) & WiFi was a bit spotty sometimes in the room, but other than that my hotel stay was great

Clean, good location

Cons:

No towels on 2 days out of 3. Got our bath mat taken away. Couldn't believe this for 4 star and over 200 Euros per night.
When calling to get towels, took over an hour to come

A lovely hotel with nightmare parking.
Pros:

À very nice, smart modern hotel with an excellent rooftop bar which also served a very good selection of tapas and light meals. Excellent breakfast. I didn’t have time to use the gym or spa, but they looked excellent.

Cons:

The underground parking was a nightmare.
Entering was bad enough, with very tight curves. It was very difficult to avoid scraping my admittedly large car (Skoda Superb.)
Exiting was even worse because the very steep slope made my tyres lose grip. I had to back up and accélérate hard to get round the bend and I was very fortunate not to hit the wall. Never again!

Très bon emplacement, rooftop avec une très belle vue et personnel très gentil

Cons:

Fuite dans la chambre pendant la moitié du séjour, réparée après 3 passages des techniciens

Amazing hotel stay
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming & super helpful. Room was perfect & super clean. Spa was really nice & relaxing.

Cons:

We were there during 30+ degree weather. Room air conditioner only went as far as 19 degrees so would like if it could be lowered to something like 15 degrees. Only flaw is give.
