Hotels are one thing - the personal touch of staff makes the difference. They made a difficult situation easy to manage.
Pros:

It was easy to reserve, convenient to my needs, and easy to check in.

Cons:

The pillows were really bad. For an emergency stay and accommodations by the staff though, no complaints.
