Overall, my stay was decent because I enjoyed the property and pool, but the poor customer service and housekeeping issu
Pros:

The property itself was okay. I really enjoyed the pool area, and I liked that they had a kiosk where you could look up local attractions and things to do.

Cons:

There were a few things I didn't like, though. The TV wasn't a smart TV, so it would have been nice if it had streaming apps or an option to connect a phone. There were also items left under the sofa, which made it seem like the room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, and there was a hole in one of the covers.

My biggest concern was the staff. They came across as rude, and I noticed that when African American guests came in, they often weren't greeted, but white guests were welcomed with "good morning" and received much friendlier service. It made the experience feel unwelcoming.

Another issue was with housekeeping. A housekeeper asked if we wanted service, and we told them no. Despite that, they entered our room anyway while we were out. We had cash and other valuable items in the room, and although nothing was missing, entering after being told not to is unacceptable and could have put our belongings at risk.

Also states it’s not pet friendly but had pets all in the hotel. RIDICULOUS
Could’ve had an open balcony also.
Overall, the property has potential, but the customer service and attention to guest privacy need significant improvement.

Luxury, Convenience and comfort
Pros:

I've never had an issue when I come to this hotel. It's perfectly located next to the interstate and close to many restaurants. The bar and restaurant located in the hotel is amazing too. The amenities, staff and comfortable rooms are well worth the price.

Special thanks to Gaby, Oscar and Shamara for going that extra mile to make my stay even better.

I had a good experience, however we were never told we had to ask for utensils to use in our kitchen so we never had th.
Pros:

Murray was one of our shuttle drivers and he was a great driver and was very courteous to all of his passengers. Murray was very helpful and did his job well.

Tina need raise .staff was so cooperative
Pros:

From the moment that I checked in, I was greeted by Tina helped me with everything I needed to do. She upgraded me since I am a diamond member without even asking any questions. Every time I had a question she was able to assist me. She never told me no on nothing, The room I had was amazing. The hotel is amazing. I will definitely be back.

A agua do chuveiro . Quando ensaboado não saía fácil. Chuveiro muito bom , mais a água deveria ter algum produto que para retirar o sabonete do corpo , demorava bastante.

Great bartender
Pros:

The Crown Plaza was a great value. Reasonably priced and good location. They have a shuttle service that can drive you and pick you up within a 3 mile radius. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Check in service with Crystal was fast and efficient.
The hotel restaurant had a bar and the highlight of our stay was the very friendly and talented bartender Oscar. He gave us good recommendations for drinks and treated us with care. He made us amazing cocktail drinks and made us feel relaxed and welcome!

Great atmosphere! Clean rooms! Friendly and pleasant staff!
Pros:

Herline did excellent job cleaning my room. Murray, CJ, TJ, and Derrick provided great transportation services. Gabby provided great service in the café. Staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. For breakfast, more staff is needed for large crowds. Breakfast at buffet could improve with choices of more hot foods.

We stayed here for the Mantle Conference (check out Joshua Giles if you're unfamiliar).Wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The shuttle bus drivers, especially Raymond, were great. I appreciate the hotel offering two round the clock shuttles to transport us to and from the Kia Center for our conference. The daily fruit infused water was a nice added touch. Our rooms were made daily and Maria, the housekeeper, did great cleaning. The elevators are fast and it's great that they have 3

Fantabulous Awesome Wonderful
Pros:

First and foremost, I like to say the valet and shuttle service was TOP TIER and hats off to Murray, J, Derek, Juan and CJ for their awesome service and safety! The dining staff were bar none...Gaby and Oscar are superstars over the top friendly and VERY professional! I enjoyed meeting the hotel manager and it was evident that he took pride in the entire hotel experience. The hotel is clean, lovely, and the beds are absolutely comfortable! I highly recommend the Crown Plaza and will return again myself for future visits!!! Thank you for a Wonderful stay in Orlando.
