Pros:

I liked the room, is very spacious, has everything you need, even a microwave which was very handy.
During my check in, I ask for a quiet room and they delivered.
The breakfast team are amazing, always with a smile, quick to answer your requests.
Since the hotel is a little isolated, the shuttle is very handy.

Cons:

The communication with the hotel was very bad. I requested an invoice and had to write 2 times and call to have it. I asked for some tea, since I don' t drink coffee and the receptionist told me I had to buy it, so as the water.
During my check in I didn't get any explanaition about the services.
In general, I felt the team was a little bit rude and felt staying in a low cost hotel.

Highly Disappointed!

Cons:

The facility has a lot of homeless people walking around in the street even saw a few outside of the property on the street.The homeless center is behind the business. I was very uncomfortable about this. The building didn’t look like the one on the pictures. And the food was definitely not worth the money. The parking fees, to the deposit was just not worth it.
