Rooms are large, it was clean
Hot breakfast items were a little gross

Exhaust fan wasn't functioning, wifi wouldn't connect, no hand soap in the bathroom
I called to make our reservation using a phone number supposedly identifying your establishment, but instead the call was handled by booking.com, which it never indentified it self as. They charged us for two separate reservations, although they only sent us one reservation confirmation. When I call a number that was listed as your hotel, I expect to get your front desk, not some coniving booking outfit. I am out $123.66 to stay in one room for one night at your facility. I have full paper documentation of this event and will be using such to show anyone asking about staying in Sandusky why they shouldn't stay at your hotel. Thanks a lot!
Served its purpose close proximity to Cedar Point. Many stores and resteraunts nearby

We thought we were connected to your front desk in Sandusky, NOT BOOKING.COM that processed our reservation. We prefer to deal directly with the facility we choose to stay at. We had no idea we were dealing with booking.com. They never identified themse3lves that way.
The room was spacious
