Pros:

Great location, easy to get around and a lively part of town. Lot of shops, restaurants, could walk to some attractions easily or take transport. Staff were very helpful when my husband had an issue

Cons:

The room was too small for three people to stay in. It was my fault for not realising how tiny the rooms can be. Also, you can't drive up to the hotel. You need to park first at the nearby car park, and get your ticket validated when you check in. It would be helpful if the hotel could hv provided this info somewhere when I booked

Pros:

周りにはコンビニや飲食店があり、バス停や路面電車、空港行きバス停も近くどこに行くにも便利でした。

Cons:

お風呂の混み合う時間は、洗面台や床に髪の毛やゴミがたくさん散らばっていてちょっと気持ち悪かった。
使う側のマナーの問題かな？
部屋が狭く物を置く場所がない。

It's a good hotel!
Pros:

Very good hotel! Quite elegant and designed in a nice way. The room was comfortable and spacious enough - I particularly liked the sofa by the window.
The onsen on the top floor felt luxurious.
The breakfast was very good (and the views from the restaurant were great).
The staff was very professional and nice.
The location was good, good to walk around, and with many trams and buses only a few minutes away.

Cons:

I wish there was a shelf or a drawer in the room where I could unpack my clothes.

Modernes, zentral gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Onsen
Pros:

Perfekte Lage in Chinatown, gut vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Für japanische Verhältnisse sehr große Zimmer mit sehr komfortablen Betten. Das USP ist das sehr schöne Onsen am Dach mit einem tollen Rundblick auf die Stadt.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Good for where it is. Lacking in places. More a three than a four star
Pros:

Location to Chinatown is excellent and even walking to the station isn’t too long.
Be careful when arriving with luggage as drop off isn’t right in front of the hotel but wasn’t too far.
Onsen was very nice.

Cons:

There was no safe in our room and no ‘do not disturb’ sign.
The carpets in the hallway and in the rooms were quite dirty/stained.
Staff were reluctant to refill breakfast item at 9.15hrs even though lo is at 9.30. The scrambled eggs were undercooked
