Our personal experience with Hilton Garden Inn hotel is not so good.
Pros:

Near the airport and the highways.

Cons:

Changing the towels and fixing the room is not done daily. And on our scheduled day of cleaning, staff knocked on our door while me and my family are still sleeping.
Also, there’s no water kettle to heat water and we’re not supposed to have complimentary water which the receptionist fixed but only 2 when we’re three in the room.

Charging for parking, that wasn't mentioned when booking, but they have a huge parking lot thst was empty.

The fact that there was a $30 per night PARKING FEE!! I mean REALLY??? The hotel charge was already astronomically high, there was NO MENTION of having to pay a parking for a hotel parking lot that we were already paying guests for! Never again!!! Beware of you stay here please call and ask if you will have to pay to park in there parking lot, because it definitely wasn’t in any fine print when I booked

My stay was drastically inconvenienced
Pros:

I liked my room and how plush the pillows were

Cons:

I didn’t like that the elevators broke both of them and I had a disabled friend with me I had to pull his wheelchair up and down two flights of stairs, I couldn’t use the pool area because it was swamped with used dirty towels and the complimentary breakfast only gave us small amount of options on breakfast meaning we chose from a menu that’s was the size of a post card, there was no buffet, I would not stay there again

Not a great experience for the price of money we paid!
Pros:

Front desk and House keeping staff.

Cons:

Needs upgrading to the rooms. Elevator broke down with people in it! Elderly Mother with double knee replacements had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get back upstairs to her room.

Check in clerk was slow. Didn't explain any amenities and I had to ask where the elevator was.
Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean with no weird smells. Good location.

Cons:

Not charge for parking have a normal 3pm check in and 11am check out.

Pros:

Everyone was friendly! The room was nice, although the mirror in the bathroom was very high for a 5' person like me but overall was great! They had excellent kitchen where I could order and take back to my room. Shuttle was awesome and ran often even for my 5am flight. Would definitely stay here again!

My expectations were exceeded.
Pros:

We only spent two days but the breakfast and service on both days and dinner on the first night was exceptional. Hats off to Whitney who has a phenomenal memory and is very attentive and Diana who was patient and on point with her meal suggestions.

Cons:

The indoor temperature was a bit too cold but manageable.
