The location is decent and it is a nice old building which has a historical aspect to it.

Cons:

There was a lot wrong with the place. We stayed for 3 nights and every night had a new issue. The building is old and needs an update. The AC was too loud the first night and the blinds did not close. Then when we were moved to a second room the second night the card didn't work and that took ages to resolve. They offer a breakfast but only tell you when you are checking in that it is not a hot breakfast and just continental. It is not hard to make a small hot option for breakfast considering they have a restaurant attached. The breakfast space is far too small to accommodate all the guest but they deter people from getting breakfast by having terrible options.

Super aangenaam verblijf en vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Rustig en net hotel met een eigen gratis afgesloten parking. Vriendelijk personeel. Het leuke was ook dat er net voor de deur een oude trambus passeert die je naar het stadscentrum brengt.

Cons:

Ontbijt kon misschien iets uitgebreider. Maar was zeker wel ok.

Gracious staff, comfy, well-equipped rooms and free parking next to the streetcar are huge pluses!
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful, the included on-site parking is a huge plus, the Garden District location offers easy access to the streetcar and the rooms are perfect, complete with mini-fridge and microwave. While the breakfast is continental, not hot, I do love that it's included. Bagels, toast, boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc. are all available. There's also a patio outside for dining when the weather's nice. I try to stay at this hotel each time I visit New Orleans.

Cons:

Would love some scrambled eggs and bacon on the breakfast bar, but it is continental only. And there are tons of amazing breakfast and brunch options available in the city when looking for something different. So not really a negative at all.
