Bon hôtel mais avec la partie petit déjeuner à améliorer
Pros:

La vue sur océan depuis le balcon de la chambre. Le confort du lit. Le petit jardin accessible et très propre.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner clairement en dessous des attentes. Très peu de choix et le personnel qui n'avait pas vraiment la volonté de recharger par eux même sauf si l'on indiquait qu'effectivement il n'y a plus d'oeufs, les boissons sont vides (très visible quand même...) etc...

Que du bonheur !
Pros:

Un lieu parfait comme base pour visiter l'île, à 10mn du centre de Funchal mais au calme, avec des commerces à proximité. Une vue superbe sur l'océan. Du personnel super sympa. Une belle piscine pour se détendre après une randonnée. Nous adorons !

Cons:

L'entretien des équipements laisse à désirer.

Personal super amable, instalaciones espaciosas pero un poco antiguas ya,le vendría bien un poco de chapa y pintura.
Desayuno super bueno,piscina y zona piscina grande y con tumbonas, habitaciones amplias y con balcón y vistas al mar,pero lo dicho,le falta un poco de chapa y pintura.muy buena ubicación.muy recomendable.

Hotel agréable
Pros:

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l’ensemble du personnel. Le buffet petit déjeuner était copieux et varié (salé, sucré) où l’on pouvait trouver des spécialités régionale.
La piscine de belle taille était parfaite après une journée ensoleillée.
Le parking est également très appréciable.
Notre chambre était très confortable et spacieuse. La literie excellente.
Très grande terrasse privative.

Cons:

Un bruit de moteur certaine nuit.
Peux de prises à proximité du lit et le wifi inexistant dans les chambres !

First time staying here, the description mentioned robes and slippers in the room there wasn't any, the pool said controlled to 25° more like -25° only one sauna working it's a shame this could be a really good hotel the views are spectacular it just needs a lot of money spending on it on the decorating and general updates.
