Hotelli oli siisti ja viihtyisä lähellä nähtävyyksiä.
Pros:

Ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta.
Hotellihuone oli siisti ja viihtyisä.

Cons:

Vähän epäselvää oli aluksi opastus auton parkin suhteen.
Kerrottiin kyllä että ajaa Via Santa Caterina d'Alessandria merkittyyn pisteeseen, mutta olisi lisännyt samaan yhteyteen, että ajaa rakennuksen kulmalle missä hotelli sijaitsee.
Lopulta löydettiin perille ja autolle löytyi hyvä parkki.

Aamupalalle tulimme hyvissä ajoin, mutta lämpimät tarjoilut oli loppuneet jo eikä täydennystä näkynyt. Muuten aamiainen ok.

Tanto los encargados de recepción y como los del comedor fueron muy especiales y dispuestos a servir. La habitación era muy amplia, estéticamente agradable y muy ordenada.

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y atento, haciendo que mi estancia fuera super agradable. La ubicación es excelente, a solo 15-20 minutos a pie del centro, lo que permite moverse cómodamente. Repetiré!

Nicht zu empfehlen!
Cons:

Sehr unfreundliche Dame an der Rezeption. Wir haben einen Schaden am Auto durch die automatische Garagentor der sich öffnete während wir mit dem Auto durchgefahren sind. Trotz Zeugen ist das Hotel nicht bereit über die Versicherung den Schaden zu beheben. Und es gibt auch kein entgegenkommen.

Everything was great except maybe the lack of alternative options for lactose intolerant or vegetarian people at breakfast. Maybe some oat milk or something like that would be nice. Otherwise, i highly recommend!

Good but need to improve service and maintenance
Pros:

Lovely building in pleasant location.
Quite close to town by taxi

Cons:

Very basic breakfast, no hot food, very little fruit.
Staff at reception quite unwelcoming and not very friendly.
Our basin had no plug and had to call reception to unblock as it was full of hair. Quickly dealt with but should check between guests. Things could easily go down the plughole.

Excelente opção em Firenze.
Pros:

Além da localização, perto da estação ferroviária, o prédio é clássico muito bonito, quartos amplos, decorados à antiga, bonitos. Café da manhã incluso na diária, muito bom.Funcionarios solicitos.

Cons:

Nada. A estadia foi ótima.
