Pros:

Super Preis/Leistung. Gute zentrale Lage, die Einrichtung in den Zimmern schon in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem gut und ruhig. Neues Bad und tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders im Patio zu frühstücken war sehr nett. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Nothing it was horrible

Cons:

The hotel smelled like urine. They cover it up with chlorine which makes it worse. The rooms are not like in the pictures. The facilities are run down and horrible. We asked for cancellation and a refund the lady at the front desk started yelling at us. I told her my wife has a medical condition (asthma and claustrophobia)and cannot stay in the hotel. She told me cancel on booking, i did cancel on booking and they rejected it. We had to go to another hotel to enjoy our stay, and we didnt get back our money. Everything is bad about this hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone. Careful it is a tourist trap. There were also other people who wanted to check out and they were being yelled at.

Upon arrival, we noted a significant homeless population in the park opposite the hotel. The manager did inform us there was a drug problem and not to access the park, especially at night. Access to our room required an entirely separate lift, and the atmosphere felt dark and gloomy. The two single beds were old and uncomfortable, and overall we felt unsafe — a far cry from what had been advertised

Perfectly good option for Florence but a bit of a walk to the main sights.
Pros:

Good value, nice view overlooking the park. Staff very pleasant. Good sized room. A view of the top of the Duomo from the room- just!

Cons:

Breakfast not great. Pillow and bed uncomfortable.

Perfecto alojamiento para disfrutar de tu viaje
Pros:

Una ubicación estupenda; personal tremendamente cordial y amable. Lo encontramos todo muy limpio, y con espacios amplios.

Cons:

No es que no me gustase, porque se puede ver en las fotografías, pero no es un hotel con instalaciones nuevas. A mi, me daba igual

Erwartungen wurden erfüllt
Pros:

Sehr netter Eigentümer, ich kam vor der angegebenen Zeit zum Einchecken, bekam sofort ein freies Zimmer und wurde dabei auch noch upgegradet. Auch das restliche Personal war sehr liebenswert. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Die Lage ist super, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können fußläufig erreicht werden.
