Disappointing experience — old hotel, cleanliness concerns, and an uncomfortable location.
Pros:

The location was very good and convenient to explore Florence. The staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel felt very old and outdated. Unfortunately, the bathroom did not feel very clean, especially the sink and shower area, which gave us an uncomfortable impression regarding cleanliness.

Pros:

Çalışanlar çok iyiydi. Tesisin yeri iyi meydana bakıyor. Merkeze yakin. Ancak etrafı çok güvenli değil. Gece dönerken biraz zor. Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi.

Cons:

Sevmediğim bir şey yok aslında. Fiyat kalite dengesi açısından uygun. Artık Floransa çok kalabalık. Turistik. Hırsızlık artmis. Eskisi gibi değil bunu sevmedim. Otel o anlamda sakın bir yerde kalıyor ama istasyon civarından yürümek biraz riskli. Otelin eski havasını sevdim.

Posizione molto comoda, personale un po’ così. Sicuramente rumoroso.

Cons:

Di due camere prese, una era occupata, poi e’ stato dato un sottotetto con finestrelle e al terzo tentativo affaccio sulla strada con relativi rumori. Anche per la seconda camera, sebbene ampia, si sentiva le persone della reception.

Honestly the place felt more like a guesthouse or hostel than an actual hotel.
Pros:

On the positive side, the location is good and close to the city center. The rooms were quite old, but still acceptable. Cleanliness was decent and within a reasonable standard. The breakfast was average.

Cons:

The hotel feels like it was once very good and special, but now it seems quite worn out, and it doesn’t look like management is very motivated to improve things anymore.

Apart from being expensive, everything is fairly average. Honestly the place felt more like a guesthouse or hostel than an actual hotel.

My main negative experience was during my stay when a group of students was staying at the same time. They were running and playing in the corridors between 2 and 4 AM, making it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, hotel management handled the situation poorly. I even tried to report it, but there was no effective response, and the staff on duty did not speak English, which made communication impossible. As a result, I barely slept for two nights.

Romantic hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel, in front of a public garden. Staff and reception were friendly. Our room was overlooking the internal yard, with a balcony and also TV, desk and mini fridge, and room was cleaned daily. Soap and towels were provided. Reception can reserve taxi for places you want to visit. Possibility to leave luggage after check-out. Breakfast was good. One can have breakfast outdoor in the yard. No pool. Lift to go upper floors.
