Quartier très populaire avec une population particulière à toute heure du jour et de la nuit mais on ne sent pas en insécurité
Due to FIFA gouging and greed we had minimal options financially for a room, stayed at the Hilton in January for about $250/ night, it’s now $1600!😡, my husband had surgery scheduled at Toronto Western early in the morning and an early morning follow-up appointment the next day, we had no choice but to stay in the city. The hotel was 5 minutes away from hospital so location was good, Uber was cheaper. The hotel itself is very old and out of date but clean and relatively quiet except for the constant sirens and people hanging around outside, strong odour of maijuana outside, no amenities, front door was locked at all times, needed a key to get in, the one bed was so noisy that when my husband moved it jolted me awake, room was very small so no room for a comfortable chair to sit on. Given the circumstances we were thankful for the room and the friendliness of everyone. As long as I live I will NEVER patronize a Hilton Hotel anywhere, again!!
Is near queen street
This place is full of junkies. They practically live there and openly smoke crack right at the entrance.
nothing
My experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was very unpleasant and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. The room, as well as the hotel in general, seemed very old and poorly maintained. Cleanliness also left a lot to be desired.
Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected much better.
Horrible neighbourhood with drug addicts and homeless people hanging out just outside the front door all day. Although the neighbourhood location was very central and convenient, the horrific human tragedies at the front door makes it so we would never use it again.
The room was clean and basic, double bed and single bed with a small kitchenette was convenient.
The staff was helpful and pleasant.
Parking was cheap and convenient where we could use it even the day we checked out.

L'emplacement par rapport à la ville est très pratique.
Les alentours directs de l'hôtel sont très diversement fréquentés.
Nothing
It says coffee making and it was not provided. No drinking water bottle, which is standard in hotels. Basically it is s bad hotel in all aspect, I travel world over and what unpaid seems like rip off.
Complete change in management and know off what amenities and service should is provided by other hotels ranked best.
Given the presentation of the property, the rooms were well above expectations. The process of getting to the room seemed sketchy but the rooms were quite nice once we were in them. They're quite suitable for a lengthier stay, quite clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Has a kitchenette, the wifi is fine, the TV is good and there are a fair number of channels.
The exterior is a bit sketchy; it's clearly a converted apartment building that still hosts some long-term tenants. This is understandable enough, given the location just south of Kensington, but people should know what to expect. Getting into the building was confusing; the entryway looks like an apartment building and there's no indication on what to do upon arrival. My daughter and I unsure as to what to do, I was in the process of trying to find the hotel's number when two members of the staff walked by and inquired somewhat shortly about what I was doing there. When I indicated that I'd booked a room they said they didn't have keys and walked away. The manager came by shortly and let us in. The check-in process afterwards was straightforward, but getting into the property was somewhat difficult.
room was simple but clean, sufficient and comfortable
bathroom was basic and a little worn but adequate
location was a little far from our central downtown activities
Achei terrivel!
Muy limpio y con opciones de cocina
Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and trinity bellwoods park. I liked the parking lot and also the kitchenette that was available in the hotel room. The staff were very nice and there was always someone at the front desk.
I didn’t like that the hotel was surrounded by a lot of homeless people. This is out of anyone’s control however, for new tourists visiting Toronto for the first time, it might be a little bit unsettling.
Insects in the room. Carpet dirty. Everything was very old. Noise from the fridge. Bed uncomfortable
The elevator and the water temperature
The staff were very nice. The room was clean and quiet. There were no issues of any kind. I would stay again.
