The staff, they were a bit pinchy on time and its exspensive i mean its better than spending my money on gasoline for real so trip was worth every last dollar and penny (bring the kids too)

The property was fine. Clean, decent breakfast, pool was clean and accessible. There was a staff member by the name of Juan that stood out. He was adamant about making sure our stay was comfortable knowing we had been on the road all day. His customer service was impeccable!
Whomever the white, older woman on the staff that worked the evening shift. I didn’t get her name, but she came off extremely racist. She tried to reprimand me from laughing. The person who ensued my laughter was a white gentleman who was smoking marijuana in front of the establishment. There was no reprimand for him. But, my laughter at 9pm was a disturbance. When I asked who made the complaint, she replied, “None of your business!”
We had to keep asking for towels in the pool room I didn't like that because they should have been stocked with dry towels in the pool room

This was our 3rd stay across the course of 2 weeks. The staff was very friendly. The rooms and property were very clean. There was a free hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, and a waffle maker
For some reason Fox News had no sound. We stayed in 3 different rooms. All other channels worked. Just not Fox
Front desk gentleman (I think his name was Harsh) was EXCELLANT AND A TRUE ASSET TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!
Decaf coffee for the morning was not out on the table, and the carafe was not working properly. Perhaps change it out for a new carafe and have it brewed and ready for breakfast.
