Amazing stay as always, the team are incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, with a welcome cold drink on arrival. Rooms have been updated since our last stay and exceptionally clean with brilliant air con, although on a busy road at the front the double glazing works a treat. Breakfast amazing and also pool facilities. Highly recommend and we’ll be back ! Thank you for a lovely stay

The staff were fantastic very helpful and had lots of information available for the area also the chef / bar lady at night her name was Tiziana was absolutely brilliant her food was the best we had on our trip the pool area was nice and kept clean and tidy just all round good hotel

It was our first night, and after traveling all day, we just wanted something simple and convenient, so we decided to have dinner at the hotel. We honestly did not expect the food to be so amazing, and the service was even better!

Tiziana went above and beyond to make our evening special. She was so kind, attentive, and accommodating to myself, my husband, and our two daughters. She made us feel so welcomed and truly made our first night in Sorrento even more memorable.

We highly recommend dining at Hotel Gardenia, and if you do, ask for Tiziana! She is absolutely wonderful!

Good location close to everything, you can walk to city center 10 minutes away,great staff and helpful,room and breakfast were great, large swimming pool, grocery store nearby.

The rooms were spotless, the airconditioning was fantastic, the breakfast room was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Staff member Tiziana was especially lovely and looked after us one night when we decided to eat in. The food was delicious and the service was A+. The swimming pool is great and there are plenty of sun lounges for everyone. Loved our stay here and we would definitely stay again. There is a coin laundry two minutes down the road, which was really helpful and a deli a couple of doors up. The deli man also makes fresh sandwiches and they are incredible! You can walk to the main Piazza and the train station in around 15 minutes. There is also a bus stop only a few metres away from the hotel entrance.

This property is a gem. The staff here are a standout, big thanks to Lilio. Mariangela, Maria at breakfast who knew our coffee order habits by day 3. They were outstanding, helpful, organised and professional. Shout out to Tiziana who greeted us most days with a lovely smile, we only ate an evening meal once but this was delicious. All reception staff were friendly and those whose names I didn’t catch you are all fantastic. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit, yoghurts, jams, cheese, cold meats, smoked salmon. Cereals, muesli, boiled eggs, salads, juices, mozzarella, toast and spreads, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage… not to mention at least 8 different pastries. Coffee was freshly made for you. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and parassols. The hotel was super, super clean. Room was decent size with spacious bathroom. We had a super comfort room at the back of the hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Higher up rooms had a view over the pool and sea view.

Nothing major at all. Just a few points if it helps anyone make informed decisions. The hotel is situated outside of main area and the distance to Sorrento centre could be a problem for those with mobility difficulties. We enjoyed the walk and it took about 15 minutes. This was straight road. Easy gentle stroll. Little bit of noise from busy road but this could not be heard from our room at the back when the doors were shut. Very deep pool at one end of 3 metres, meant only half the pool used really. Was a little crowded in the shallow end on a couple of days. Pool bar food a little pricey but I believe this is owned by hotel next door who we share the pool with
No major complaints at all.... I would come. back in a heart beat
