The Staff were exceptional, they had smiling faces and we were welcomed with a sweet lemon drink on the House.

The swimming pool area is lovely and a great addition to the hotel.
There is a busy road outside the hotel but it’s nice inside and in bed it wasn’t an issue.

A localização não é a melhor, mas em 20 minutos, aproximadamente, é possível chegar ao centro. Poderiam disponibilizar panquecas e omeletes a pedido, sem cobrar valor extra.

Amazing stay as always, the team are incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, with a welcome cold drink on arrival. Rooms have been updated since our last stay and exceptionally clean with brilliant air con, although on a busy road at the front the double glazing works a treat. Breakfast amazing and also pool facilities. Highly recommend and we’ll be back ! Thank you for a lovely stay

The staff were fantastic very helpful and had lots of information available for the area also the chef / bar lady at night her name was Tiziana was absolutely brilliant her food was the best we had on our trip the pool area was nice and kept clean and tidy just all round good hotel
Only thing for me was I am 6ft 3 and the shower was about small for me but my wife was fine with it she's 5ft 9
Hotel itself very clean and we had a balcony AC worked very well
Pool needs more care, turf looks cheap. The plants have lots of bugs. Towels should be available at the pool not reception. Bed was hard and shower small. Road was super loud. The hotel has these rooms condensed on every floor and is very loud especially when the housekeepers start cleaning and talking to each other. We could hear every step every word and every chair dragging on the floor, a lot of echoing. Breakfast was good if you looked for pastries every morning, but an omelette would be extra 13€. The scrambled eggs offered were watery and not good. The roof top terrace is empty with one lonely table; it has so much unused potential
