El aire acondicionado está muy ruidoso, el Recepcionista Daniel es pésimo, no tiene actitud para atender al huesped, está distraído, pierde mucho tiempo y no resuelve, tardó mucho tiempo en hacer check in, me asignó una habitación que era para otra persona, luego voy a compartir la evidencia, el lavabo tarda mucho en vaciar el agua al drenaje, los alimentos del desayuno muy fríos, el huevo y los frijoles incomible, a las 11 de la noche vino un repartidor de comida, me entregó mi pedido, luego me preguntó por el baño, le dije que no sé, y se metió a las instalaciones, libremente, porque a esa hora, no había nadie en la recepción, en general fue decepcionante, no volvería jamás, no lo recomiendo, una disculpa por ser tan honesto en mi valoración, es mejor buscar otras opciones, saludos.
Siempre es grato hospedarme ahí, el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones cómodas y limpias.

Amazing price. Amazing location. Pretty clean. Lots of parking spaces. Check-in and check-out are extremely fast. Staff are very attentive to your needs. They gave us some extra check-out time at no additional cost. Shout out to Andrés. It’s what you expect for the price. It’s not luxury, but it’s perfect if you arrive late to Cancun and don’t want to waste hundreds of dollars on a nice hotel.
