We were only there to sleep, about 10 hrs. Beds comfortable.

Worth the money to stay & clean & quiet.
Pros:

Clean room, quiet, good location

Cons:

The heated pool is not heated like the website says & the desk clerk said it was but it wasn’t. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work & the breakfast isn’t that good.

Clean, comfortable room at a good price with a short drive to downtown Hot Springs.
Pros:

Having a waffle maker was nice given the low price, didn't expect that. Also happy that it was super clean as I had recently stayed at multiple motels at similar prices and they weren't as good.

Cons:

Minor point but it was hard to get the door to lock when you left the room and closed the door.

Pros:

It was conveniently located and a good value. The bed was comfortable and imloved the suite aspect.

Wasn’t much to like…

Cons:

The breakfast was disgusting.. looked like it was boiled sausage links & Patties.. egg and cheese fake omelette.. waffles were good.. and the muffins. The hot food was different every day.. didn’t look edible.. the gravy was watery.. biscuits were stale.. bagels and toast was good. No sodas in the machine for a week or only 5 things in the snack machine. The floor was being dried from the pool being overflowing.. and couldn’t use the pool for the first 3 days bc it was closed for maintenance… room was nasty.. they made a bed with dirty sheets.. then when asked to fix it, they put the dirty blanket on it. Just flipped it..
