Great weekend lovely ataff

Plenty of car parking. Nice welcome at reception and check-in experience very good. Very spacious room, very clean with a nice view over the golf course. Very comfortable bed and slept well. Good selection of evening food in the Loft 18 restaurant. Hot quality food and service was excellent. Breakfast again, great servie from the breakfast team, food albeit uffet style, looked fresh and apertising, also very tasty food. Excellent stay - well done!
Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Nice view over the golf course.
TV channels very limited
Watch out as they will rip you off. Arrived and was told I would have to pay £5 for parking because the room was booked through booking. Com. Yet not all our party were charge. And despite being told if was on the website - if wasn’t!! So just an opportunistic money grab! Staff incredibly unhelpful too
Avoid rooms in the annexes as really noisy like sleeping in the central reservation of the A45!
The room was very clean and the staff were polite
Very friendly staff
Spa facilities...steam room not working
De kamer was schoon
De locatie is netjes onderhouden
Personeel zeer vriendelijk.
Lovely place well kept gardens and car parks
Hotel was clean and staff very helpful
Nothing not to like
Clean, parking at lodge door
Not much
Staff in restaurant very helpful l, good to have the pool
Road noise
Loved the hotel
Staff fabulous
Room I was in had noises pipes
We have been before, and it's always lovely. I went this time as a treat for myself, and for my sister-in-law.
We both had full access to the spa, and pool. We also both had a facial, and a hand and foot massage. As a qualified massage therapist, I find it difficult to relax when having a treatment, however I felt extremely relaxed and chilled out during my treatments.
We also had food in the bar area, which was absolutely delicious.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
I had a chat to one of the cleaning staff, and told her that she was doing a fantastic job, as it's always lovely and clean in there.
The location is good, as it's near Coventry.
We didn't have a room this time, but when we had one previously, it was lovely, the rooms were very quiet.
There are no children allowed, which is good if you want a break from children.
All in all, a wonderful chilled out, relaxing experience.
Cleanliness was excellent, staff friendly and professional
No air con available only electric fans
It was situated close to my daughter who I was visiting
That I had so far to walk to my room
The decor in the hotel was nice with nice furniture, the staff were really polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location and easily accessible with lovely views over the golf course.
The food in the hotel restaurant wasn't great - my friend opted for the fish and it was evidently just a frozen fish that had been cooked. For the price we hoped it would have been fresh. There are not enough plug sockets in the bedroom. We had two lamps on either side of the bed, and there was no sockets to plug them into - pretty pointless. Only one plug available to charge our mobile phones, the other plug sockets did not work. The TV/radio channels on the TV didn't work. The windows don't open wide enough - it was red hot in the room and the fan was insufficient. Finally, the spa pool/jacuzzi was absolutely freezing. It certainly didn't qualify as a "hot tub", and it wasn't really enjoyable or relaxing at all in the spa.
