Pros:

It looked so quaint outside with gorgeous flowers. The leasure facilities were really high standard and there was loads of parking.

Cons:

The staff weren't very helpful. I had blood on my walls. I asked them to send someone to clean it. They said someone would be with me in 10minutes but they didn't turn up after an hour. I left the room and when I returned the blood was still there. Reception said someone had been to clean it but had been unsuccessful. No appology for the state of the room or any offer to improve the situation. They just said it would need painting over. Would have been nice to be offered a different room.

Lovely stay. Would visit again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful..Particularly the young lady on reception. I can't remember her name, only that she has a baby son called Atlas. Lovely young lady, very respectful, has a great way with guests.

Cons:

The tvs being so hard to use. Just ordinary tv so we can watch without all the rigmarole.
The staff in the restaurant, bit abrupt and sour faced.

Gorgeous location with stunning views of golf course and beautiful gardens around the hotel.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, good value for money. Amazing grounds and view

Cons:

Reception staff was slow and didn’t seem to have much of a clue what he was doing and not very helpful.
