Pros:

場所が清澄白河駅を出てすぐの所で分かりやすかったです。
コインランドリーを使用した際に待つ時間があり、ロビーに本があったので子供が絵本が好きなのもあって気に入って何度も絵本を読んでいました。
コーヒーも飲めて、朝食も美味しかったです。子供の好きなウィンナーもあり、クロワッサンが美味しかったと言ってました◎
何よりスタッフの方の接客が良かったです。

Cons:

コインランドリーや朝食バイキングの混雑状況が部屋のテレビ画面で見れるといいなぁと思いました。
私達がコインランドリーを使いに行った時は大丈夫でしたが、コインランドリーを使用しに行ったら空いてなかったという事例もあると思うので、その辺が認知出来れば便利かなと思いました。
子供が居ると部屋に1人残すわけには行かず、一緒に連れて行くことになりグズったり何かと大変なので、改善されたらより良い宿泊になると思います。

Its location is good, as it’s near a local train station with a direct connection to Shibuya. Staff is generally helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

The rooms are extremely small.
The reception desk is located on the second floor, so you need to go there whenever you require assistance.
Additionally, amenities are not delivered to the room; guests are typically asked to pick them up from reception themselves. For example, if you need an iron, you must go to the reception desk to collect and then return it.

Schönes Hotel in ruhige Lage mit Combini und U-Bahn-Station direkt nebenan.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gab sogar Milchshakes und Smoothies. Alles war hell und freundlich eingerichtet.
Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal in dem Hotel und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Świetna baza wypadowa, bardzo blisko do stacji metra. W najbliższej okolicy sklepy i knajpki. Wyjątkowa dbałość o czystość zarówno w pokojach jak i częściach wspólnych. Życzliwy i pomocny personel. Dla gości dostèpna do późnego wieczora część gdzie można posiedzieć i odpocząć, zrobić i wypić herbatę lub kawę czy też chłodne napoje szykowane przez hotel. Do dyspozycji jest kuchenka mikrofalowa.Bardzo miłym elementem były figurki origami,które można było sobie zabrać i moje przyjechały że mną do domu i są miłą pamiątką z pobytu w jotelu. Dostępna jest pralnia,suszarka,vending machine

Nie tyle,że nie podobało tylko uwaga,że dla klienta spoza Japonii pokoje mogą się wydawać bardzo małe,niemniej mają wszystko co jest potrzebne łącznie z lodówką, czajnikiem I schowkiem.
