​Un séjour partagé entre prestations de qualité et quelques déceptions
Pros:

Idéalement situé près du pont du Rialto, l'hôtel offre un accès direct en bateau-taxi où nous avons été très bien accueillis par Simone. La grande suite avec jacuzzi et vue sur le Grand Canal est propre et spacieuse. La salle de bain est également très propre et équipée de produits de soin de grande qualité. L'excursion à Murano proposée par l'hôtel commence avec une très bonne prise en charge initiale.

Cons:

Pour un hôtel à 1 001 € la nuit, un coup de peinture sur la devanture aurait franchement été un plus. La literie secondaire est décevante (un simple canapé dépliant au lieu d'un vrai lit), la prise électrique près du lit ne fonctionnait pas et les fenêtres sont mal insonorisées. Le petit-déjeuner est le gros point noir : il faut commander la veille et choisir son heure, mais le service à table par étapes est tellement long que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout manger. Enfin, attention à l'excursion à Murano : c'est un piège à touristes. Dès que la guide a vu que nous n'achetions rien, elle est devenue très antipathique et a refusé de nous ramener à l'hôtel comme prévu. Mieux vaut y aller seul.

Pros:

Room very nice and well furnished. Staff was incredibly communicative and helpful. Very walkable location right next to water bus, water and gondola stop. Excellent breakfast.

Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity
Pros:

Conveniently located. Staff offered us a complimentary tour to Murano to watch glass blowing. This included water taxi to and from the island. Staff was very helpful

Pros:

スイートルームに宿泊しました。リアルト橋と大運河を一望できるロケーションは最高で、朝食も部屋の中で大運河を眺めながらゆったり楽しめました。さらに、海外では珍しいウォシュレット付きのトイレも快適で、日本人にはとても嬉しいポイントでした。またヴェネツィアを訪れる際はぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。

Cons:

唯一気になった点はエレベーターです。少し古さを感じ、1階分移動するだけでもガタガタと音がして動きもゆっくりだったため、少し不安を感じました。

Pros:

Lovely hotel in an excellent location!
Pros:

Great boutique hotel in an excellent location! The room was a good size as was the bathroom. It was very clean and not noisy at all. We had great service from Simone at the front desk. We would absolutely stay here again!

Magical & unique!

Awesome first time in Venice.
Pros:

We stayed two nights at this hotel with the family. We had two rooms. It is an older hotel so the rooms were a little small but we’re very nice. It is right on the Gran Canal, and it was wonderful to be sipping champagne with my wife and watching the world go up and down the canal. The hotel coordinated our transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port. Everything went very smoothly. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Overrated a very disappointing, not a 4*
Pros:

No lobby, sad furniture, everything looks quite depreciated, very uncomfortable round bed. Not a 4*, is a 3* worth the half of what we paid. We skipped the 30€/person breakfast and went to the RosaSalva bakery just few minutes away for a wonderful breakfast for half of the price.
I honestly do not understand how a hotel can be so overrated and overvalued.
