Très bon accueil, personnel professionnel et à l’écoute.
La chambre était propre et confortable, les installations de l’hôtel étaient de qualité, et le séjour s’est déroulé dans d’excellentes conditions.

À la réception, Imad incarne à lui seul ce que l'on attend d'un chef de réception d'excellence : disponible, attentif, d'une courtoisie irréprochable, il gère chaque situation avec un calme et un professionnalisme qui mettent immédiatement à l'aise. On se sent accueilli comme un hôte de marque dès la première seconde.
Le petit déjeuner est un véritable spectacle à lui seul : buffet généreux, produits de qualité, pâtisseries marocaines authentiques, fruits frais, préparations chaudes... Tout est irréprochable, présenté avec élégance et renouvelé en permanence. Et c'est là que l'on croise Zakaria et Soumaya, deux véritables perles du service en restauration. Souriants, efficaces, toujours au bon endroit au bon moment, ils transforment chaque repas en un moment de plaisir. Leur sens du service et leur bienveillance naturelle font toute la différence.
Le service dans son ensemble est à la hauteur de la réputation de l'établissement : une équipe de talent, formée avec exigence, toujours présente sans jamais être intrusive. Les demandes sont anticipées, les besoins satisfaits avec une rapidité et un professionnalisme exemplaires.

It’s good hotel, great people, great food
Pros:

Closer to everything, the stuff , I loved the breakfast selection, it’s not noisy.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that the pool does not open till 1100 am, and the pool features as advertised don’t work , like the jets and waterfalls

Cons:

Bu paraya bu kadar. Minik bir havuz ve spor salonu ile alınmış yıldızlar . Otel olduğu gibi restorandan gelen koku ile kaplı . Haşerelere dikkat karşılaşmanız an meselesi. Hijyen , temizlik yok oldukça yakın.

Pros:

Alleen het parkeren voor de deur, we hadden geluk dat er plek was.

Cons:

De locatie, enorm veel lawaai. Ik kreeg een stinkende doorgerookte kamer. Na klagen bij de receptie kreeg ik een andere kamer met een heel klein bedje, het hotel is zeker geen 5 sterren waard, 2 zou als te veel zijn. De gang stinkt naar eten en het is gewoon aan renovatie toe.
