Pros:

Front desk concierge was friendly.Comfort Suites

Cons:

We couldn't understand why are room wasn't cleaned or no fresh linens placed in our room, but the front desk stated we needed to put the door knob sign needed to be displayed on our door to get it serviced.

This place was in a good location but very dirty and not friendly.
Pros:

The location was good. The best were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The front desk person was exceptionally rude. We got to our room and I stepped in two bugs on the floor before getting to the part where the beds are. I looked at the walls and there’s was so much grossness. There was someone’s snot and other things on the walls! The floor was filthy as well. We got a new room. The bugs were a deal breaker for me for sure. The new room had no bugs and was slightly cleaner but not really worth the amount we spent on it.

Don’t stay here.
Pros:

The front desk person was nice.

Cons:

Was dirty. Kept finding “gem stones” from clothes in our room. The one comforter had makeup on it. The pool was gross - we found 2 bandaids, hair and toe nail clippings. The hotel and room smelled like cigarettes.

Beds were comfortable, but I did not enjoy my overall stay. I will not be returning.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

After booking 30 days in advance… Was given a room with a broken glass window. It kept me on edge throughout the night. I just closed the shade and hoped for the best as I was told they did not have anything else available. The bathroom sink was clogged. Rm 331
