It's a gem in which you want to stay travelling to Graz!
Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel! Staff was helpful and friendly. I really liked the room - classy with old money vibe and very, very clean. Breakfast was also very good - fresh food, varied enough and everyone will find something they like. On the upper floor there are balconies where you can sit in the afternoon (with roses).

Cons:

Would be great if there was an onsite restaurant or at least some form of room service to serve food. When you arrive on Sunday afternoon there are not many restaurants in the area that are open.

Ein perfektes Hotel mit persönlichem Flair in der Innenstadt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal in einem sehr familiären Hotel. Die sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat mir auf Anfrage ein Zimmer mit Innenhof Lage gegeben, da ich gerne bei offenem Fenster schlafe. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Möglichkeit im Innenhof draußen zu sitzen, war ein zusätzliches Plus. Die Lage ist zentral und unmittelbar hinter der Oper.

Sehr freundliches Personal und tolles Frühstück
Pros:

Das Personal war durchgängig sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle unsere Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr angenehm.

The hotel felt basic and fell short of what I would expect from a property marketed as 4-Star.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and modern, with well-maintained rooms and a convenient location close to the town center, making it easy to explore the area on foot. I also appreciated that the reception desk was staffed around the clock, allowing for a smooth and hassle-free check-in when I arrived at 2:00 a.m.

Cons:

This hotel did not feel like a 4-star experience. The single room was extremely small—so small that I repeatedly bumped into the corner of the bed while trying to get to the desk. One of those collisions left a noticeable bruise and was painful for some time afterward.

Sound insulation was also poor. I could clearly hear my neighbor snoring through the wall, which made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. The layout gave the impression that the space may have been reconfigured to accommodate more rooms, resulting in cramped accommodations and limited privacy.

The breakfast was adequate, but guests coming from the United States may find portions and serving ware surprisingly small. The buffet was stocked with very small plates and cups, which created the impression that consumption was being subtly limited. While the food itself was acceptable, the overall experience felt more focused on efficiency and cost control than on comfort and hospitality.
