Nice hotel, nice staff - will stay there again without hesitation
Pros:

We stayed here on May 19th, 2026 for a park and fly out of Austin to Chicago. The hotel was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful. One thing to note they do not have a shuttle service to the airport we had to get a Uber, but given that the cost of other nearby park and fly options were more than double it was worth it. There were no gotchas or problem with the hotel or the Uber. We arrived at the airport in a timely manner with plenty of time to catch our flight.

I did not eat breakfast, but my wife did and said it was good. We will stay there again when we fly out of Austin.

The location convenient close to the airport

Cons:

The elevators did not work properly, the coffee maker was in the bathroom . No iron in the room . We only had two towels for three guests . Very unfriendly unwelcoming front desk personal .

Can't trust anyone anymore!
Pros:

This place is a complete dump - stinks, messy, customer service. My husband was going to stay there in May and when he got there he was shocked at how messy and stinky it was. Also, he had to wait for a guest to let him in because no one was at the desk. He waited for someone to show up so he could cancel and try to get some of the ~$400 we spent for the reservation back due to the obvious scam of how great this hotel was - but it took 20 minutes. When a desk clerk did finally show up, he said that the reservation was for 2 nights (my husband told him it was for 3 nights - more wrong information). My husband left and found another hotel nearby. When I contacted guestreservations.com (where the link to book the hotel took me to make the reservation online), they told me it was reported as a "no show" - another lie. I've spent 4 days now trying to get this credited and finally heard back that the hotel manager wasn't going to waive any fees (what a surprise!). Don't stay at this place - don't make your reservations through guest reservations.com - and don't trust Trip Advisor ratings. I won't anymore.

One night in Austin

Decent place but skip the breakfast
Pros:

Nice basic budget hotel next to a Jack in the Box and the highway. Easy to drive places from and a comfortable room with A/C and Cable TV

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Coffee not good. I could only eat the waffles and bananas. The rest was junk :P
