Die Lage ist perfekt in der Altstadt, wir sind meistens einfach zu Fuß losgeschlendert um Chiang Mai zu erkunden. Außerdem war es auch immer schön ruhig (bis auf eine Kröte im Garten ;) )
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, es fehlt lediglich ein Schrank im Zimmer. Während unseres Aufenthalts im August 26 wurde ein Pool neben dem Frühstücksraum gebaut.
Morgens gibt es von 7 bis 10 Uhr Toastbrot und Kekse und Bananen und Tee und Kaffee, sodass wir uns oft ein Frühstück außerhalb des Hotels sparen konnten. Es gibt einen eigenen schnellen Wäscheservice mit 80 THB pro kg. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

CP值高，服務佳
Pros:

服務人員態度都很好，而且第一天入住一進門床上就有毛巾大象，超驚喜的！最喜歡的是早上10點前有附簡單的自助早餐吧可以吃，有烤吐司、咖啡機、小餅乾等等，CP值很高

Cons:

淋浴間的蓮蓬頭是固定在牆上的，沒辦法拿下來，只能喬角度，對小個子來說比較麻煩一點，熱水也沒那麼熱

Cons:

Se siete sensibili ai rumori, come lo sono io, è un problema. È possibile chiaramente sentire i eumori dal piano di sotto, i passi del piano di sopra e i rumori delle stanze adiacenti. L'insonorizzazione delle stanze è quasi del tutto assente. Il rumore del condizionatore è fastidiosissimo, abbiamo soggiornato in 2 stanze differenti e il rumore è pressocchè rimasto lo stesso...molto molto fastidioso! Letto non troppo comodo, infatti ho dormito relativamente male. Purtroppo alla reception da un certo orario in poi è quasi impossibile comunicare dato che l'addetto non conosce l'inglese, abbiamo chiesto 1 cuscino in più per la cervicale, ci è stato negato perchè erano finiti i cuscini... capisco che sono in numero limitato, però non mi sembra una richiesta così eccessiva.

Una piacevole sorpresa!
Pros:

Un hotel ben curato, spazi molto ampi e camera molto accogliente.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è incredibile!!
Circa 33€ a notte per un hotel con tutti i servizi.
Dicono che la colazione non ci sia, ma in realtà biscotti, toast, tè, succhi e caffè sono disponibili!

Anche il servizio lavanderia è ottimo!

Posizione strategica per girare Chiang Mai a piedi.

Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, comfy bed and very clean hotel. The free breakfast items were also much appreciated, especially on days when we were up and out early for excursions.

Cons:

We had some issues with a leaking water tank in our bathroom. We communicated this with the hotel staff a couple of times who said that it had been fixed, but it continued to leak all over the bathroom floor. The shower also leaked from a different direction (although the staff assured us that this was a design feature of all of the bathrooms), which meant that our bathroom floor was quite flooded every day.
The aircon was also very noisy even on the lowest setting. If you are a light sleeper, decent ear plugs would be required.
The room was also not very sound proof, we were able to hear a lot of noise from outside and from noisy neighbours late at night and early in the morning in the corridor.
We also noticed that our external door was often left open after cleaning, which meant that creatures were entering our room.
