A deux pas du quartier de Guéliz et 15mn à pied de la place Jemaa El Fna. Une petite piscine en roof top, bien rafraîchissante et nécessaire dans Marrakech. Un personnel toujours agréable et au petits soins. Hôtel propre.

Hotel très bien situé dans Gueliz, chambre grande et propre (nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre supérieure), personnel agréable, souriant, accueillant, et à l'écoute de nos demandes. L'espace piscine a dû faire l'objet de travaux de rénovation récents car il ne ressemble plus à la photo. Bon petit déjeuner, complet. Très bon rapport qualité / prix.
La salle d'eau est un peu petite en comparaison de la taille de la chambre. L'insonorisation pourrait être revue. Notre chambre était au 6ème étage, juste sous l'espace piscine, et nous avons entendu divers bruits de meubles déplacés (probablement lié au ménage de l'espace piscine). Nous avons été surpris car la femme de ménage a voulu faire la chambre à 9h25 du matin alors que nous étions présents, que nous n?étions là que pour une nuit et que nous devions rendre la chambre pour midi. Nous lui avons donc demandé de repasser plus tard.

Nice and clean hotel, two swimming pools. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay in Ibn Batouta hotel a lot.
Breakfast was not very rich, limited choice of food, not very many sorts of fruits and vegetables. Choice of hot breakfast was limited.
I liked the furniture and the apartment layout considering the price.
The receptionist girl was unfriendly and her attitude was uncomfortable, because the tenant usually arrives tired and exhausted and expects a warm welcome. She was cold, harsh in the way she spoke, and kept staring in an unpleasant way. Even the way she asked for information felt abrupt and impolite.
Excellent Stay — Highly Recommended
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is great — a quiet area yet still close to the city center, so it’s easy to get around.
One of the highlights is the rooftop area with a swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The food was also very good, with affordable prices that made dining on-site a great option.
The only downside was that we couldn’t locate any place to wash our hands after eating in the ground‑floor restaurant. If there is one, it wasn’t easy to find, so clearer directions or a more visible setup would be appreciated.
