Hôtel parfait pour un court séjour. Chambre très confortable et personnel très agréable
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, juste en face de la gare, bien insonorisé, personnel à l'écoute des demandes spécifiques, le petit salon est un plus.

Cons:

L'ascenseur est un peu petit, mais a le mérite d'être là

Pros:

Personnel très agréable tant à l'accueil, qu'au petit-déjeuner et service de ménage. Les chambres sont très propres et bien équipées (ne manque qu'un petit frigo), la décoration est soignée. L'hôtel est engagé dans une démarche de développement durable avec une politique de zéro gaspillage alimentaire et des couverts/serviettes réutilisables. Une machine à café est mise à notre disposition 24/24. Les explications d'accès sont très clairement expliquées. L'emplacement est très central (ça chahute du coup quand même dans la rue la nuit mais l'insonorisation est plutôt bonne).

Enjoyed our 2 days stay in Rosa Hotel and sleep very well.
Pros:

Fantastic location just across Lille Flandres. Very comfortable bed with a big enough bathroom and window facing the station and yet no noise coming in. Friendly and helpful staff, Josephine was very helpful in having our TV issue sorted out immediately. Definitely will be back again if ever in Lille.

Cons:

No kettle for boiling hot water but that is a small issue.

Zeer verzorgd met Oog voor detail
Locatie perfect bij Lille flandres, alles op wandelafstand
Heel vriendelijk
Lekker ontbijt (met verse suikerwafel)
Kamer was vroeger klaar waardoor we al om 12u in de kamer konden

Pros:

Hotel charmoso, mesmo em frente à estação de comboios.
Chã e café à disposição.
Decoração muito cuidada e moderna.
Camas excepcionais, com lençois de qualidade bem como as toalhas.
Produtos de higiene de excelente qualidade e duche com ótima pressão.
Limpeza irrepreensível.

Cons:

A dimensão do quarto e da casa de banho - é pequena.
Recepção tem apenas um sofá onde não dá para estar a conviver.

Kort maar krachtig bezoek: we hebben genoten!
Pros:

De aankleding van de kamer; sowieso zijn we enthousiast over het totale 'plaatje'. Als regelmatige bezoekers hebben we gezien hoe prachtig dit hotel is opgeknapt!!

Mignon et proche de tout (gares et centre)
Pros:

Mignon. En face de la Gare Lille Flandres; 10 min a pied de la Gare de Lille Europe. Tout peut se faire a pied a partir de l'hotel. Personnel tres gentil. Tres propre. Mais tres chouette sejour! Je reviendrai.

Cons:

Petit dejeuner un peu short, surtout le dimanche et ascenseur assez exigu. Mais compense par l'accueil
