Es una de las mayores variedades de desayuno que he visto. Todo el personal fue encantador, muy amable y atento. Sin duda, les doy un 10.

Mención especial para Belinda, que llevaba todo perfectamente y con una actitud increíble. ¡La felicité por el gran trabajo que realizar!

Cons:

Había reservado una habitación con dos camas individuales porque viajaba con mi padre y queríamos dormir separados. Sin embargo, primero nos asignaron una habitación pequeña con una cama de matrimonio muy pequeña. Al reclamarlo, nos dijeron que no tenían otra disponible.

Más tarde nos trasladaron a otra habitación, antigua y situada en la primera planta. Aunque era algo más amplia, seguía teniendo una cama de matrimonio en lugar de las dos camas individuales que habíamos reservado. En ningún momento nos ofrecieron una solución adecuada al problema. Al final, me dijeron que hablara al día siguiente con el personal de recepción que estuviera de turno, pero sinceramente, ya pasé del tema.
Además, la ducha estaba muy mal planteada. La ducha de mano estaba en un lado y la ducha fija en otro distinto. La mampara de protección solo cubría la zona de la ducha fija, mientras que la ducha de mano quedaba completamente desprotegida, haciendo que el agua se saliera fácilmente al baño. Es una distribución muy poco práctica y algo realmente raro que nunca había visto en un hotel.

Really nice resort and hotel. Would stay again.
Pros:

Location, right on beach, really clean, staff pleasant.

Cons:

Sunned wars, however, this is out of the hotel control. People leaving beds with towels on for really long periods. This is acceptable at breakfast and lunch times only.
