-chambre médiocre quand on resserve une junior suite !!!! un trou a rat avec une petite fenêtre donnant sur un mur...demander a changer de chambre car a côté de l'ascenseur changement ok mais pas mieux ...
-nourriture sans gout toujours la même choses au buffet
-spa 25euro pour leur circuit mais même pas d explication du personnel rien (seul dans le spa)
-wifi inexistant
-mauvais rapport qualité prix
bref je m arrête ici .... me recommande pas

I was surprised even water is charged
Just 2 packets of water in the ‘mini bar’
Our bathroom started leaking from the ceiling and we were unable to sleep with the dripping noise. I called the receptionist and I was told that the staff will attend as soon as possible. After 30 min at 08:00 I called again to say the room is getting flooded and requested some help to dry the floor. The answer was not pleasant and a house keeping staff came with towels to cover the floor. Water continued to leak and I emptied a 5 litr water bottle to collect the water. We couldn’t use the toilet. We had our kids on another room so used the toilet.
We checked out at 11:00 and the water was still leaking from the ceiling. We felt unhygienic and uncomfortable thinking that the leak is from the toilet above.
We didn’t make any noise about this as we were checking out.

La ubicación,ya que está a pocos metros del paseo marítimo

Cons:

No tiene parking,aunque hay un parking público cercano.La relación calidad precio no es equitativa.La habitación tiene poquísima luz,con jacuzzi en el interior en vez de bañera sin mampara o plato de ducha.No es nada práctico para poder asearse y con riesgo de resbalarse y que se salga todo el agua.

El desayuno variado y completo, y el personal de recepcion y la habitacion bien

Cons:

Estuve todo el fin de semana con problemas en el baño, primero tiraba agua, luego dejo de funcionar la cadena y al siguiente uso volvio a tirar agua, el servicio tecnico se supone que lo arreglaba y siempre al siguiente uso se volvia a estropear. Perdí tiempo y no pude hacer planes por los problemas en el baño, ya que estaba en la habitacion con el servicio tecnico. Esperaba algo mas de un hotel de 4 estrellas en cuanto a resolucion de problemas.

Personnel accueillant, souriant et font un effort pour s'exprimer dans notre langue.
