Måste bli taxi till hotellet samma som stor på hotell information gratis taxi till hotellet tyvärr.

När jag bokade Hotel läste att taxi gratis till Hotel men tyvärr ingen taxi som fick jag från airport till Hotel jag känner mig otrygg och osäkerheten jätte ledsen för det hotellet helt nekad taxi, tack.

El personal es claramente lo mejor del hotel, en especial una de las mujeres de la limpieza y una camarera del comedor
También son buenas la ubicación del hotel y el Sky bar para tomar algo tranquilo.

Lo peor que las sábanas tenían manchas.
Lo más incómodo que tiene escalones por todos lados: entre el ascensor y las habitaciones, y entre la habitación y el baño.
El desayuno un aprobado justito, le faltan algunos productos habituales en otros hoteles, como el jamón serrano y como las pasas y frutos secos
La cena también aprobado justito, repetitiva y los postres...somos golosos pero casi ninguno daban ganas de repetir.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The room felt old and was not very clean. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and I was unable to sleep properly throughout our entire one-week stay. The sound insulation was extremely poor. The walls and doors were so poorly insulated that we could clearly hear guests in the neighbouring room simply talking. There was a lot of noise, which significantly affected our sleep and overall experience.
The property does not offer good value for money.

Pool is the selling point but can be very overcrowded

Pool beautiful but crowded as soon as it opened. No room to move between beds and you were totally exposed to the sun or totally in shade. We went to beach even though we picked hotel because of pool. Also had to rent towels and pay deposit for same

Vi havde en rigtig dårlig oplevelse ved poolen med en grov personale.
Efter at have skrevet til hotellet, fik vi et flabet svar tilbage. Vi skrev at de misforstod det vi klagede om og vi endnu et flabet svar tilbage. Aldrig har jeg fået så ringe en oplevelse på et hotel.
