El Puerto stay
Pros:

Courtesy room was great which I used on the last day as my flight was late. Clean. Breakfast when I had it was fine. Staff were helpful. Proximity to beach and transport stations.

Cons:

I didn't have the welcome drink on the day of arrival and when I asked the next day I was refused which I accepted but surely I could have got a glass of beer?

The stay was horrible.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a very bad experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional from the beginning. They insisted that we pay for breakfast for the second guest even though that guest did not want breakfast, simply because the first guest had it included. This policy makes no sense and felt unfair.

When we arrived at the room, there was no safe (coffre-fort) to store our valuable belongings. When we asked about it, we were shocked to be told that we had to pay extra to use a safe. When we refused and asked for their assurance that our belongings would be safe, they clearly stated that they are not responsible for any loss or theft and would not guarantee anything. This was extremely concerning and unacceptable for a hotel.

To make matters worse, the area around the hotel is unpleasant and not clean. There is nothing to see nearby except pubs and clubs. The noise level is extremely high, with loud music day and night, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the stay.

Overall, this hotel is not worth the money at all. There are much better options available at the same price or even cheaper. I strongly do not recommend staying here. Save your money and choose another place.

Vacances mitigées
Pros:

L'emplacement en bord de mer, la piscine et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La literie hyper dure, l'hôtel devrait fournir des séances d'ostéopathie après plusieurs nuits. Le buffet du soir sans saveur, choix limité et redondant.

The location was great, lovely staff

Cons:

We had a "city view" our view was a messy, abandoned plot of land and a giant roof opposite. The sky bar is table service only but it's impossible to get a table. Only one if the lifts go to the rooftop pool but it would never stop on our floor, each time we pressed the button it went straight past. We had to get another lift to the 8th floor and take the stairs the rest of the way

Cerca de la playa, todo estaba muy limpio y cómodo. Nos gustó disfrutar de la piscina con vistas increíbles. La mujer que nos atendió era muy simpática y amable.

Erholsame Urlaub
Pros:

Der hotel liegt direkt am Strand und in der Strand Promenade. Am Strand gibt es tolle chinesische Massage 💆‍♂️ sehr zu empfehlen. Mehrere lokale und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Kein hoteleigene Parkplatz !
