Excellent two night stay
Pros:

Good location near to the shops and the loch. plenty of parking space which is important when I book an hotel and its free parking. Evening meal in the Bistro was good value for money and tasty. Room as spacious and we asked for a fan as it was quite hot and it was delivered to our room immediately. Breakfast was tasty and good choice of food.

L’emplacement est très bien

Cons:

La déco est vieillotte, aucune insonorisation, petit déjeuner médiocre… n’est pas à la hauteur d’un trois étoiles

We loved Fort William, but the hotel felt in need of renovation.
Pros:

It was a good central location. Close to all the local amenities. The breakfast were tasty and self service.

Cons:

The hotel was a bit run down. It was used mainly by coach parties and there was a lot of coming and going all the time. As 2 people we were shown a table in the dining room to one side, I felt a bit of an outcast at first.
The room decorations were rather sad, and there was very little space for bags or suitcases for 2 people.

電梯太小，只能載2人及行李，因此退房時間大塞車！

Good selection of breakfast, nive envronment

Cons:

I sent an email requesting a late scnak meal - after the final journey through the WHW - and being injured couldn't reaaly look around - no answer or a little sandwich available. Otherwise was very good.

Very very very disappointed all round.
Pros:

Cons:

Staff were very lazy and not ever offering to help.
Our beds weren’t made when we arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon.
The man who worked in the bar in the evening was extremely rude to us for asking for a drink at 10:50 pm.
