Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé. Il y a deux salons confortables.

Cons:

Le 2e jour au petit déjeuner, plusieurs produits manquaient et ils ne les ont pas renouvelés.
La chambre etait bien et confortable mais elle ne faisait pas la taille indiquée, loin de là.

A dingy, run down, smelly "hotel"
Pros:

A very good central location with plenty of free parking.

Cons:

A complete rip off for what it is - very expensive, dingy, old, run down, dated and badly maintained hotel. The staff are indifferent at best, the room was awfully run down and smelling foul - a mixture of sewage, cigarette and damp smells both in the room and around the hotel. Never again, even the Premier Inn across the road is better! And the "view" from the window was "second to none" onto the internal yard full of muck, bird droppings, and constant puddles.

Excellent staff, respectable food, great location, relaxing stay.
Pros:

The staff were incredible, so accommodating to all my requests and we're brilliant when I called to cancel after some issues with a connecting flight being missed, they worked around the issues without making it feel like I was a complete nuisance, and what went from a downhearted call to cancel turned into a brilliantly executed rearrangement of everything on their end. Superb, and they deserve full praise for their efforts here, wonderful.

The room was great (one of the refurbished ones) and the view was beautiful.

Cons:

The food was ok, the in house restaurant was decent enough and the breakfast was ok, but nothing stood as spectacular, that said, we were impressed with the coffees in the morning and the variety of choice at breakfast was good, even though we were a little late down.

Pros:

location is good for travelling into fort William and also close to the train station.

Cons:

no plug in the bath, fixed shower head with no adjustment, bathroom well beyond life, uncontrollable heating, window didn't open, small double bed. the list goes on and on.....

Two night stay at the Caledonia Hotel
Pros:

Big rooms. Good breakfast. Food good at the bistro too and staff friendly.

Cons:

No door on wardrobe.
No shelves in bathroom to put toiletries. Toiletries provided by hotel not good - mismatch.
Lift too small. Got my dad in with his wheelchair but no space to get in with him. Had to run downstairs to get him at the bottom.
Too much stuff lying on the floor coming out of the lift a tripping hazard. Obviously no luggage room.
Hotel too hot. Radiators on all the time.
Couldn't open window in the room as painted over.

Great location within walking distance from town and a short drive to Ben Nevis!
Pros:

We checked in late and they were very accommodating. Loved the location in the heart of town. Breakfast was delicious with many options.

Cons:

Definitely an old hotel but things were clean and well kept.
